If you would like to purchase Speed Ramping, Enhanced Keyframing, FCP XML export or Multicam, you can so so as one-time purchases inside the app. This will give you access without a subscription
@@IslandShrooms I thought it was not like that before. That's why may be I didn't use those other options before. But for me it is annoying. One time purchase is more fair for me and for most of my friends.
@@IslandShroomss actually not that bad most people who buy lumafusion have bought it way before the speed ramping update. Lumafusion in total is $41 for a lifetime license agreement, but as I said most people like myself have bought lumafusion itself for $32 and then speed ramping & inhanced key framing is a little over $11, so it's honestly not that bad a price for everything you get.
The subscription is entirely optional. It offers extra value to folks for whom all the enhanced features *and* the Storyblocks royalty free content are priorities. For others, all the features and the app itself are one-time purchases, so only purchase what you need. More choices=Happy editing!
@@sibeldesibel in case you aren't happy with Luma Fusion,I can recommend you Powerdirector from Cyberlink. But here as well, it isn't a one time purchase, but at the same time it isn't very much expensive either. I don't know, which device your are using for your video editing. I am currently using a Chromebook,so both video editing software are working quite well on my machine. The point is,that until now,I haven't used Luma Fusion once,so I can't really share any experiences. But with Powerdirector I can do that. I first bought it for my Windows Laptop, which is from 2011. It means, not enough power to process all those datas, which are required by using your video editing software.Only Intel i5 2 core processors,so I switched to a chromebook with Chrome OS,and I am still quite happy with my decision. Windows sucks, due to its update policies.I am never ever buying a Windows device again.Just in case, I have higher expections on my video editing software, else than that I have by using Powerdirector, for sure, I will be moving to an Apple device with Final Cut Pro. Final Cut Pro unfortunately is only working on mac os,but it is a software with one time purchase, not so cheap, but I guess,it is worth it to spend money on that, instead on any other rubbish out there, which charge you monthly, without having the option of buying it as an one time purchase.
LumaFusion, the base app is a one time purchase, and will continue to be updated to keep up with iOS/Android OS updates and deliver some new features. From time to time we develop enhanced features, which not everyone will have a use for, so we make the add-ons optional. Starting with 5.1 (iOS) and 2.0 (Android), these will be available as part of our Creator Pass, OR you can still purchase them as in-app purchase upgrades. Hope that clarifies! Thanks for your interest.
Thank you for the feedback. I don't have a timeframe to offer you on this, but I can tell you we are looking at how we can implement this in a future release. Happy editing!
We know not everyone likes subscriptions, and that's exactly why we've made it possible for anyone to purchase any of the enhanced features as one-time purchases as well. Very different model than what you're fearing! Happy editing.
@@LumaTouch Have you reached out to Google on which improvements you need? Otherwise the platform is improving but we may never get these features for Android
LumaFusion, the video editing app, is a one-time purchase, including future updates to keep it running on your devices. Certain enhanced features, like Speed Ramping, cost money to develop, though they aren't of use to all editors. Rather than pass these costs to everyone, we make them available as either in-app purchases or as part of the Creator Pass subscription. That way you're only paying for the bonus features that are valuable to you. More choices = better value for most users. Thank you for your interest!
It absolutely is--all our enhanced features (apart from Storyblocks, for which we must pay a monthly licensing fee) can be bought as one-time in-app purchases. Tap the green (+) inside Help & Settings, or anywhere you see it in the LumaFusion interface. Thanks for your interest.
Not sure what you're seeing, but keying hasn't been changed, nor have any features been removed. You might want to reach out to our Support team, who'll help you understand this new scheme and how it relates to the features you have already paid for. lumatouch.co/support (tap 'email Support')
Yes, unfortunately there is no way for us to enable users to share apps purchased the Apple iOS App Store and the Google Play Store. Separate purchases are required. Thank you for your interest.
He asked about the subscription perse, not sure if it is crossplatform, because a % of in-apps purchase go to the Store. But there’s a way for companies to avoid this and even be able to give a better subscription price, just by making the features purchasable in the webpage instead of the app.
LumaFusion 2.0 for Android just dropped, about two years into the life of that version of the app. The iOS version is now on v5, but it has been around for much longer--we just celebrated 8 years! I don't have a timeframe for you on when 4.0 for Android might be released, but I can assure you that the Android team are working full steam ahead, expanding and refining what we humbly believe is already the most powerful video editor for Android users. Thank you for using LumaFusion and happy editing!
I know you want to make the Creator Pass a monthly payment, but there were your consumers, most are asking for a single payment, let’s invest, the customer is always right, take this to the board think with affection of the consumers who ask for a single purchase.
Storyblocks was going to cost the same whether you'd purchased the enhanced features as one-offs or not. This way you get all that value AND the royalty free libraries. Sorry you didn't benefit from that pricing boon, but thanks for your purchases anyhow!
This is SO confusing for some people.. Lumatouch need to clarify that many if these Features ARE available as a one time Purchase... Some folks are too lazy or don't understand..🤷♂️
I never like it when something is presented like it’s a gift yet isgoing to hit your wallet. I’m an occasional user so subscriptions are a no go for me.
There is no requirement to subscribe--it really is only value added. If you don't like subscriptions, the enhanced features are all available as one-time purchases just as before. It only hits your wallet if it offers YOU value. Happy editing!
One time payment for Creator Pass please 🥺🙏
Never happen due to Story blocks

Great presentation you are the best and the easiest editor to work with, you belong in Hollywood making movies, feliz Navidad ❤

I left Adobe because of subscribtions. I hope LumaFusiaon won't be like Adobe in future.

Storyblocks can be accessed for $9.99 a month - we do not offer this as an in-app purchase
