DISCLAIMER:
This video features Parkour performed either by professionals or under the supervision of professionals. All members of team STORROR have been training since 2005 and insist that no one attempt to re-create or re-enact any ROOFTOP activities or movement AT HEIGHT performed in these videos.
In case anyone else is wondering what the hell that structure is:
Artificial harbours were created by the Allies in WW2 to help them to land their forces in Normandy more rapidly than could be done directly onto the beaches.
A key part of the harbours was the outer breakwater (sea wall). Concrete "Phoenix caissons" were sunk in lines to create the breakwater. The Phoenixes were large concrete structures, with hollow chambers inside. They could be floated in order to move them, but when water was let into the internal chambers they would sink onto the sea bottom.
One of the Phoenixes developed a fault and could not be used: it remains there to this day.
mulberry harbour,
interesting, thanks 🤔
holy shit that's insane, you learn new things every day, would love for this to have been included in the video
Thanks
Thanks for that!
Dave is truly a legend
No every one in the storror team is a legend
Dave MVP
BIG UP DAVE
For real!
Indeed
Big props to Josh on this though. That fear of water is no joke and to see how far he’s come is actually insane. Huge for the young man!
Exactly my thoughts as he jumped to those ropes
Legends
I heard Dave is still out there, finding paddle boards for any who displaced them and being the legend he deserves
Big up to Josh for not even flinching at this amount of water! Come such a long way
Damn I forgot about that. Amazing progress!
Dude's just chillin on his knees on a board in open water. Even said he felt pretty safe, what a boss.
i don't think i've been apart of storror long enough why does josh not like water?
@@tosse006 I’m pretty sure it’s because of an accident he had in an older video.
@@gavin8391 yeah he got bodied by a boat didn’t he
I would love a video on how you prep for a challenge:
how you research a location
What health and safety gear you carry
Have you ever planned a challenge then when you got there completely changed your mind?
Yes! This would be awesome!
Yep. Second that!
Yes thats a great video idea
Would love to know this as well
Ahh that's boring imo I want some hardcore pure parkour video from storror now been a long time
They should do a Q&A video. I would love some more insight on their past adventures, future plans, training/prepping tips
Dave didn't want any recognition let alone praise, what a man. Can imagine him just cruising around in his little boat solving marine mysteries.
Not all hero’s wear capes😂
Totally
I'd watch a TV show about Dave's marine mysteries.
Like Aquaman crossed with Scooby Doo
Dave, The Columbo of the sea
0:37 Can't help but get a little emotional thinking about the way Josh has overcome his fear of water, having seen some of those struggles over the years.
Wow Toby has finally passed his driving test, he can finally stop doing parkour and get to places like a normal civilian
lmao
the quiet music leading up to when theres a really cool trick coming up is a really nice touch and the way it takes over the audio when it happens is 10/10 really nice job on that whoever edits, and really nice job to the guys for doing it your all amazing
Some say Dave is still out there fighting storms and typhoons rescuing paddle boards
Not only is the storror team cool in videos but so are they in real life I met them today in Brighton and they were so nice and let me take a picture . Big up Storror.
That is an insane spot! Also, big up Dave.
It's a great day when you forget it's Monday and come to UA-cam to be greeted with the best gift of all. A Storror video.
been killing it on recent vids
100% they've definitely leveled it up
Not been doing bad yourself mate
They've been killing it for 11 years. Big up the storror boys 👍
oh hey jimmy. thoughts on steepsteep?
do you think so? i think this was a really cool location but the content was a bit dull.
Big love for Josh getting properly stuck in over water, we love to see it. Definitely the sketchiest looking spot for a while, that place was falling apart! Big up Dave too, what a G.
Ai bot lol
u wot pal?@@condizinho_yt3561
Not only do I want to thank y'all for an upload that popped up within 10 minutes of me ending my morning shift as a school bus driver, I thank you further for getting me to look at the world around me in a completely new way. Even places I've grown up around, I see as potential 'nexte spote'
😂😂❤️
bus driver during the day, traceur at night?
@@sbonel3224 too envious of those who do partake, to call myself one. But massive respect to the folk who do. I'm amateur at best.
Really inspiring to see Josh do these jumps so easily despite his disliking of water 🙏🏻
thanks as always for the entertainment, number one on YT, keep it up 🌻
He’s doing it easy as he defo doesn’t want to end up in the drink 🤣
I really appreciate Sasha's work on the drone, its incredible
Agreed
Monday's wont be the same without STORROR! I wish you all health, longevity and success.Thank you Dave, legend.
Dave is a real legend! what an amazing location and video!
making another monday better. Thank you guys. And of course, thank you Dave, you absolute legend.
So much anxiety, watching this video! All the rusty metal poles and crumbly concrete bits. I was hella worried of seeing someone getting impaled by one of those Metal poles hidden in the dark water.
And rust poisoning 🙃
for real! No need to do major damage to yourselves to impress us !!
Tired 70year old concrete out in the sea: totally trustworthy...or not...
dave coming in clutch! The end bit back was awesome with the sunset in the background. Great video!
This whole episode should be titled REALLY SKETCHY! BRAVO gentlemen! Love to all.
I'm also a regular watcher of Tom Cardy's mtb channel and it feels like Tom approaches his environment in a similar manner to Storror, such as when he's at a less than great skate park or doing urban shred sessions... Would be sick to see a collab one day.
Absolutely insane location, the way you make some of those drone shots look so good is mental
As someone who was made disabled by a spine injury at age 31…this makes me feel sick, yet I keep coming back for more.
Dave is an absolute legend
So weird reading al the comments about dave and don't knowing who it is because i'm only halfway
This one scared me for you guys! Miss you Toby, hope you're recovering well!
It`s a Mulberry harbour from WW2 .The one in Langstone was a test /prototype one and they were used in the Day landings as temporary harbours for supplies coming to shore once the bridgehead had been established .
It's a Phoenix breakwater, which were used to protect Mulberry harbours.
Legend says Dave is still out there, saving people in need, and living his best life on the sea.
Hi there Storror, going through some dark times here but your videos are a breath of fresh air and I'm always looking forward to them!! Keep going
Hang in there bud. Just like Storror, you have to break through those mental barriers. You’ve got this.💪
@@aaronw6706 appreciate it man
Best vibes to you!
Same here. Storror is one of the things that reminds me that obstacles can be overcome. Hang in there!
Genuinely love the expansion from one SUP board to nearly the whole team having them. Keep up the water challenges, lads!
Benj was the first person to say " we should dock up our boards "
Benj was the first to lose his board. xD
Lots of love lads! Big ups to all of you.
These last locations just have me hoping y’all get regular tetanus shots! Great jumps boys! Super awesome to see Josh so chill around water now, proud of him!
That's what I was thinking: Welcome to tetanus island! And Josh is a beast!
Grappling hook
Big up Dave! And big up to Sacha on the drone footage.
This was epic, what a location! It's a shame Toby missed out, you're going to have to return with him for sure and make a part 2.
Dave, a true warrior in the STORROR ARMY
This was one of the most scary sick location, rusty rods, spikes, no wonder what was inside the water. How did anyone did not got wet in there. You guys nailed it.
The Monday vids always help alleviate my depression. Thanks Storror!
same here, keep fighting
@@keenan4536
You too, stay strong Storror fam
They also publish membership-exclusive videos on Fridays! Really cool actually. Although the Monday videos are more my style as those are what I'm used to. :)
Think I’ve seen this from the shoreline was going to drone it but thought it was too far lol great video as all ways folks :) stay safe :)
My jaw literally dropped when i saw "4 seconds ago" lmao
That location is sketchy as hell!!
First of all the off-axis structure & those iron bars popping out with the cracked walls, safety checks were much needed.
I get it was hard for you guys to do much stuff there given the weird structure, but it was still a fun one to watch.
Congratulations Toby & big up to Dave, you're a legend mate!
Looks like your on a WW2 D Day Phoenix caissons. For the Mulberry Harbour. One of a handful that did not make to France.
I hope the boys keep that grappling hook. That would be a gnarly addition to their climbing kit for buidlings and such😆
The drone shots were so cool. They made me nostalgic for rooftop Asia. Also Dave is a legend
4:09 Callum "green's grippy right?" is a line much like I bet it looks crispy in the dark, unforgettable, nice one Callum!
These videos are making my Mondays so much better, I really appreciate it! Love the videos guys :)
Edit: Well done Toby for passing his driving test and big ups to him for giving his drone to the lads!
Yeah mate shots like 6:36 look so dope thanks to the drone
Not even Jackie Chan can pull these kind of stunts off ! you guys are really best Stunt Devil's i ever seen👍
Yooooooooaw this one was so viby, like what even, i loved the spot, i loved your movement (perfect fit) and i loved the fact that dave saved your board. Big up and keep them coming🤙🤙🤙
YES DAVE!! Absolute legend... Awesome location lads...
really entertaining as always, loving the editing
also shout out dave what a guy
your videos feel like a free roam video game, you wonder round the UK in search of boing boing jumpy challenges to achieve a gold star. Then simply move on to the next. I love it.
just recently came back to see your guys videos after a few years glad youre still going
Dave put a big smile on my face. Faith in humanity restored!
Its more of a day trip or weekend trip than a spot but Guernsey has some pretty decent spots. There are also places like Grandes Rocques and jerbourg that have some massive jumps into water. (up to 90 feet)
PARKOUR + STORROR + Concrete Island = AMAZING! 😍
Today I actually waited for this upload xD (got confused and thought yday was Monday so I was disappointed when it came 5 and realised I was a whole 24hrs early) looking forward to this more than usual, getting to the location looks soo dope so far! 🙌🏾
Out of all the Storror videos I've seen, this has to be the most anxiety inducing one. Falling on a rusty rebar is just :S
The drone shots are incredible! They really highlight that cool location!
Dave is a legend! :P
Another fun video, Storror! You never fail to entertain and inspire me every Monday!!
Big up Bob for passing his driving test💪🔥
I like that you tell the audience how you are getting permission now to do the parkour you do at the area really great from you all for providing great content and staying on the right side of the law
Wicked location and stellar stunts boys! Props to the GPS guide who shared this place. Cheers
Ugh that was intense and AWESOME!
That must have been such an adrenaline rush. Dave is a legend, Water is God.
That looks awesome, i feel like an overnight challenge on the concrete island would be really cool
Water levels rising would make it scary
That's a bit too sketchy
@@captainsoarineagle Would be a challenge
@@GooseGooseDuck797 Maybe, they'd probably be fine tho cause they've got their boards
Tough not seeing Swag there, but congrats on passing your driving test Bob! Rest of the lads killing it as per
Shout out to the drone shots. Quite the adventure indeed.
Legendary Dave. Kind Dave. Kind Dave the legend.
Awesome video!
Also, imagine camping on that over night 😨
Its really exciting when you see places you've been to, great that you got to see that spot
This spot looks absolutely madness! Killed it too🔥
Love to see you boys monetized and back at it again. Much love!!!
What an absolute hero Dave is, honestly. Absolute legend.
Thanks for the content as always - you guys need to come check out Manchester!!
Mid-breakdown at 4 AM... A Storror upload certainly helps.
Looks like my childhood but clearly on another level) You're amazing actually) Wish i could find someone like you in my life, so we could do at least something close to things you do) Wish you the best of luck and always be careful.
Love watching a good sidemen Sunday then a lovely storror mondays 🖤💯, even though its Tuesday in Nz
Congratulations Toby on passing your driving test 🙂
DAVE! Nice one lads! Really nailed the balance between the vlog style and the cinematic shots on this one I think.
Pls do more water challenges they are so good
luv this vid
I love how Sasha was sitting right next to the boards and didn’t notice Benjs board head for the high seas…
Stealth ass sup board.
I really enjoyed this video. I love the space in between the jumps. There perfect. I really hope you can find more spots like this.
My respect the guy who found a paddle board. Dave you’re true man. 🤘💪
Dave the man, the myth, the legend. BIG UP boys, that spot looked sick !
Awesome location and use of said space! Massive big ups to Dave the legend! Be like Dave people!!!!!
Congratulations on passing the driving test Toby!! Hope your foot is healing up well!
The thought of a piece of rebar sticking up through the water absolutely terrified me this whole video, making it even more thrilling though! Crazy content as always, BANGER!
Such a sick adventure! Love this content
Even though there weren’t many jumps here, this is still one of my new favourite vids!!!🔥🔥
Those drone shots are truly incredible
So between all the great shots and jumps, I noticed what a great silver-back Max is turning into.
hey storror, your videos are amazing
shout out to Dave. Man came in, did the duty and dipped. what a legend.
keep up the awesome content guys...now lets watch the vid!
Sketchy... but still a crazy challenge!!! Dave is top class!!!
Big thumbs up to Sacha for the camera work. ❤️
Le rêve de gosse, réalisé par des adultes en totale maitrise : 🔔🔔🔔 keep them coming !
Can we just respect these dudes for risking their lives just to entertain us the thing I like is how they go to unstable places and have fun instead of worrying a lot more
This must be the most dangerous place that you guys tried to parkour, everything is cracked and full with rusty irons.
