The form is great with the kicking and the punching, I am not actually sure where this forms came from. Usually, the World Tae Kwon Federation/ Kukkiwon are the headquarters for Tae Kwon Do. The color belts would usually have to do Taeguek 1-8 Jang forms according to Kukkiwon. You have to be certified master to have an official Tae Kwon Do studio, or it will be fake. Some of the parts of Tae Kwon Do I see in your studio is part of Tae Kwon Do. Black belts should have the form also from Kukkiwon like Koryo, Keumgang, Taebaek, and etc. Black belts forms should have Palgwe forms too. Black belts should have an official ID and certificate from Kukkiwon.

Stewie, yes our school form is as original as it can be. Forms are original as was 1963 or before that. The Great Grand Master simply said this: If I see all TKD students doing forms in public and knowing none of them, I can identified which students belong to this school just by the techniques.
Our Grand Master reunited with Great Grand Master after 54 years due to war and turbulent time, but even after those year he was astonished the forms have not change a bit. Luckily in our age of technology, we able to record events in video.
Our school produced world champion Stewie, it is on record in London. Our Great Grand Master passed away in 2015. The school is currently supervise daily by Grand Master whom also World Champion in his days.
I have visit countless school in Southern California, Midwest, and Southern USA, this Duc Dang Taekwondo School training and teaching caliber is second to none. Thank you for your kind word Stewie.

Stewie, this is ITF (traditional), same style I do. I used to do the WTF Taegeuk forms or Kukkiwon. It's a different style but just as recognized, just not used in Olympics. We use our hands more than WTF and it draws more from Shotokan Karate than WTF does. Very strong powerful moves as opposed to sport point fighting. Also, we train both instep AND ball of foot roundhouse plus heel impact with the hook kick which you probably would not use in Olympic of WTF style sport fighting.
