- 99% of the vinyl I use on my channel is Specialty Materials Brands I have tried many kinds over the years, and they are my absolute favorite. The quality is top-notch, I have a video where I wash a shirt 50 times, and the vinyl still looks brand new. • Thermoflex vs. Siser: ... They have the most extensive range of products and colors around ( there are over 90 colors in the ThermoFlex Plus and GlitterFlex Ultra lines alone). They also offer free product samples on their website, which you don’t see anymore. Trust me, request a sample because if you try it, you will know why I love it.

Love this!! Want to make jerseys/t-shirts for family reunion this year!! Thanks Betsy
Good Job explaining the process. I never thought about keeping the letters and numbers consistently sized!
Whenever I have a vinyl question, I always go to you! You are AMAZING!
GREAT video Betsy !
My husband has already asked me to do warm up basketball shirts for next season so I will be referring to this OFTEN.
THANK YOU
I can always count on you to have it all figured out for the rest of us. Great advice.
Love learning how to do jerseys. I learn something new every day.
Thank you miss.
I LOVE your light!
Thank you so much for this video! I'm about to do both baseball teams for my kiddos. Fortunately, the player shirts already have numbers on them, so I will just be doing the name on the back and team on the front.
You make everything look super easy that I’m going to make one...thx
Good information to have thank you. We have had company for 5 days so now have to binge watch to catch up
Good video on jerseys. Very helpful. Would you do a baby onesie so that I can see how you would space it on and sizes of fonts and graphics? I started watching your videos at Christmas and I love to watch them now. I am learning a lot from you. Thank you and please keep it up.
I loved those tips, now I can expand my array of shirt designs. Thanks so much Betsy!!
This inspired an idea for shirts for our anniversary cruise. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing
This is so great! Im just struggling I have a small and a 4x to make for a team and to keep it the same size seems a bit hard.
I can do a tutorial
Yes, the same design on a small shirt doesn’t look as good on a large shirt to me so I’m a little confused by that also.
I really liked this video. Our 3 kids play several sports and my husband and I often need fan gear.
Love your video. do you know what good dimensions would be for names on adult shirts?
If I lived in Neterland, TX I would sure be applying for a job at your facility
This video was super helpful! Thank you!!!
You are a great teacher keep the good work up. Thanks
Thanks, that's an great tip! I learn something new everyday from you. Thanks for sharing!!
It would be really useful to put specific items used in the description. I'm new to this stuff and I want to make sure I'm using the right vinyl.

Hi Betsy,
Thank you for the great tutorial.
I see you also have a Brother Scan n Cut. Do you have any tutorials for that?
If not, would it be possible for you to do some? I love the way you explain things in your tutorials and it would help a great deal.
Thank you in advance.

great to know what did you spray on the mat
Love this video, you always have great advice 💚💚💚
Thank you for the tutorial! I always thought the design (name and number) needed to be sized for size of the shirt. This is not the case for a team jersey?
Great idea and video (as usual)😍
Great info ... as always! Thanks!

Love your channel!
Thank you for you tips
Do you have a video were you doing one name&number at a time? Also do you have to weld the name&number to successfully mirror them together?
Hi Betsy, what spray did you use for your mat? TFS!
Great tips!
Hey Betsy!!! I love watching your videos!! You rock. I am having and issue with scorch marks on dry-fit shirts or I should say anything that has a poly count ..I have checked the heat on my heat press to confirm it is accurate with a heat gun. How do I stop this from happening and tips or tricks? Thanks for all you do!
I release some pressure.. or less heat trial and error
Love you videos
Great video!
Omg thank you for this!!
Where did you get your metal desk chair, Betsy? I love all your videos.
Could you explain the different types of vinyl and how to know which kind to get.....especially with fabric blends. THX!!
Thank you so helpful
Thank you
Thanks for another great video! I know you have mentioned the name of it before, but can you please tell us again what the spray is you use on your mats? Joy

Good one!
Can u do a hoodie with number and name please
Thanks for video. How do we sign up for the giveaways?
Hi truly enjoy your videos. Would I use this method for a logo on the back of a T-shirt. My brother and sister in law would like for me to make them some shirts. Thanks
I love your channel!
Where did you purchase your white clotheset behind you?
I am trying to figure out how far apart should the two digits be. The 00, how far apart are they?
it depends on the jersey size. I'm going to do a new video on how to create your own back guide soon
@@CuttinCornersVinyl is that video up now?
Hello Besty what you do with vinyl is great. But have a question which in away you don't do but it involves vinyl. I wanted to make some vinyl outline images to put on paper. And wanted to know what type of vinyl would be great for this. I know heat vinyl wouldn't work. But thought would be cool if i could make my own outline vinyl stickers.
Very nice
Thank you
I don't see that I would be doing team shirts....but...now that I've said it I can see that changing 🤣
Can you use the T-shirt guide with a cricut heat press?
Aloha! You do have a lot of machines aside from Cricut and Silhouette? And your heat press and you must love Brother made brand. That are those for?
Nice 👍
Is weld called attach now? I can’t find weld
What temperature does the machine has to be?
what size are the numbers on the youth jersey
I couldn't hear why you sprayed your mat? And also what you sprayed it with ? Thanks
Does this work for soccer jerseys?
Hello, i love this video! What kind of vinyl did you use on the mat? I am new to all of this. Thank you
Specialty materials ThermoFlex plus
I did dry-fit shirts for my running group and the HTV didn't stay on... I know that the type of material makes a difference. Do you think if I used a different HTV type it would stick?
When you wash
Do it wash off
Hello I tried to purchase the craft sports bundle from your link but it says bundle not available
What if it is a mess shirt?
BETSY.....Could you work with 100 percent cotton- kinda thick....like a band name banner- the one a marching band totes in front of the band to let you know what school they belong to......Reason I ask......I watch you a lot- got a Cricket and easy press iron....Some Siser vinyl and made our band a banner.......the only thing.......the vinyl didn’t want to stick. I called myself getting the correct vinyl for 100 % cotton....Siser easy weed so, I don’t know what the heck I did wrong!!! The material was the thickest cotton Walmart had- kinda like blackout curtain material or backing fabric. Sigh......I know those letters are gonna fall off but, thought you might know what I did wrong! LOL. I just ordered a T-shirt press this morning so....it may have been the pressure??? Oh poo, I don’t know......LOL . Also, the vinyl wanted to wrinkle up....like the iron didn’t get a good seal on the ironing board......Seriously, I believe it was the pressure that got me......I needed to practice B4 I tried this but, the band needed the banner asap.....Me being the band booster projects manager- I got it done!!! Thanks!!!
I notice on your site that you describe your vinyl as commercial grade. I bought some oracal 651 and on the back it says intermediate Cal. What is the difference between them?
is there a automation of this process in adobe illustrator?
What did you spray on your mat?
Tfs .... Am a little confused with the measurement is it 6inches height and width?
And please madam what is name of the peppers that you are using.
Great video. Would Siser Easyweed also work on this material?
Yes it does
Can i use an iron if i don't have a press
Great video. Where did you buy that t shirt guide at?
I sell them on our website www.cuttincornersvinyl.com
Awesome. I went ahead and ordered it along with another item.
