Going straight into a professional career in Europe isn't the standard. People usually start part time jobs between 16 and 18. The minimum wage is a lot better here though so it's still better then the US in fairness

Every single part needs to have a name attached to it. I had an order of parts almost get failed because my VISION test was over a year ago.. They made me get retested and reinspect the parts.. Shit’s crazy now lol
