Ingredients:
1. Flour - 300 gr.
2. Milk - 120 gr.
3. Egg - 1 pc
4. Yeast 1 tsp
5. Sugar - 0.5 tsp
6. Salt 1 tsp
7. Vegetable oil - 3-5 tsp
For the topping of a pizza with a diameter of 35 cm:
Ketchup 4-5 tbsp.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Greens, salt and pepper to taste.
Finished sausage 300 gr.
Hard cheese 300 gr.
Baking time: 20 minutes + 5 minutes after adding grated cheese.
Oven temperature: 180-190 degrees.
Note: pizza is large enough for the whole family - for 4-5 servings. Therefore, you can reduce the number of products at your discretion! And even the smallest child will like the taste👍🏻
