I'm In Penn State EMET430 PLC2 , I just picked my final project to control a servo MPL-A310P-M , with no background on connection, sync to Studio 5000, I have learned a lot watching your videos. Now I need to figure out how to connect a PanelView Plus 600 (using Grapic>displays) , to make simple controls forward and backward by speed pot, set up 5 step routine by rotations and speed, and execute sequence with save and recall .
Shane. Quick question. On a 5700 Kinetix Drive. If the hard wired safety input block isn't being used for safety torque off, does the enable in input cause a safety torque off fault?
It's best to wire the safety wiring, however, if not used then jump it out. Currently, we only jump the safety circuit out by hardwiring it for system testing or training.
@@ShaneWelcher I was asking because i was getting safety torque off fault and nothing is wired to the red safety input block. So i was wondering where else would it be coming from.
