Hello! Wanna ask regarding cleaning of the machine itself po.
1. Did you use vinegar po or descaling liquid?
2. If vinegar po, what is the ratios of vinegar to water?
3. Lastly po, how often in a month do you wash the mechanism?

Hello! Kakaorder ko lang po nung sakin. If water lang, ok at may lumalabas from machine. Pero once may coffee capsule na, wala po lumalabas na coffee kahit full ang water tank. Have you experienced this po?

Na check nyo po ba na kapag nag insert kayo ng capsule nabubutasan sa ibabaw? Kapag hindi, di lumalapat ng maayos.

Check nyo mam kung nabubutasan yung dolce gusto nyo kapag sinasalang sa unit. kapag hindi baka sira po ang pin or mali ang pagkakalagay.

@@abi-dx6qq hinayaan namin sya for few hours then eventually lumuwag na ulit ung lever. Usual prob daw pag dolce gusto pods nsstuck because of the heat pressure maliit kasi ung nozzle nilalabasan hot water.
