It was so overdone and misused that it missed all subtlety and ruined the whole song. Smear it over every note and you sound like a turkey. A singing trick gone rogue. It's a pity, she could be good.

Sat at a table expressing the most vile arrogant attitude while having the gall to pass judgement on others around her. So as the expression goes "First impressions last".
