Thanks! Jay, you've saved me countless hours using AutoCad Lt for Mac. There are a number of tutorials for Windows, but quite few for Mac users. I appreciate your calm and easy to follow presentation. I can do fairly good drawings now, but I have a lot to learn. Thanks for putting these videos out for all of us to learn!
Paul, thank you so much! I am very happy this was helpful and appreciate your contribution 🙏 I will continue to put more content out there and try to improve the quality along the way Have a lovely weekend! Jay
OMG this is amazing it's been a few years since I've used AUTOCAD I just got 2024 for my Mac and I forgot everything!! and this helped too much thank you!! so very much
I wanted to learn autocad to do floor plans architecture and interior design. Your UA-cam looks very good as i have M1 macbook and wondered if u set aside 2 hours everyday following your tutorials over 8-12 months would i be proficient thanks
Thank you very much of sharing your knowledge and wisdom Sir Jay, that finds me interest to continue learning Autocad. I wish you good health, good luck and God bless. . . .
These videos are great! I don't see a video on how create a legend in autocad? Maybe it's in one of the videos like layers for instance? I just discovered your channel today.
hey, i need help converting text to polylines on autocad 2023 for MAC. i need to be able to modify the fonts and create shapes around certain fonts to make custom signs into dxf files for CNC machining, but can’t seem to be able to explode the fonts to plines. please help!!
Hey there - it doesn't look like AutoCAD Mac have a command for that - the Windows version on the other hand has something called "text explode" under Express Tools which should be able to convert text to geometry Otherwise, using a different design software might be a better fit for the task - Illustrator i believe can export to DXF or maybe an online CAD tool - no too familiar with software for CNC and anyway hope all this helps!
Autocad Mac is bad when it comes to handling big drawing sets - anything beyond 5 sheets because it doesn’t support proper management for a lot of layouts Something i plan to cover in a video down the line
Next video is coming out soon - Stay Tuned!
Thanks!

Cheers

How can i remove tool sets from left side to up side for macbook 2023 autocad version? Thank you for yours answer
Sadly the user interface customization is very limited on Autocad mac version - i dont think theres a way to do that 🙌
Any limitations running autocad on Mac?
