I dont know if you are looking for caves but just outside of salt lake city there is a cave up neffs canyon you can look into. It runs very deep and has sections where the walls are covered in green copper.
@@DBPCINC Yes, but for experienced spelunkers, it’s still accessible from what I understand…. Contact the National Speleological Society/Wasatch Grotto for access
Is this some how connected to Rick's Springs up Logan Canyon? There were some divers that explored that and thought it may connect with Tony Grove.. cool stuff 😎
Hey Sam. The 2nd sump was passed; however, I don't want to give away too much of the discovery because that communication should come from the divers. Sorry to be evasive but I don't want to steal their thunder. I just wanted to share a little of what has been going on and what it's like going to the sump and back on a gear haul trip.
I can’t wait for this season!!!!!! Almost able to get up there again!

Did they ever find the bottom or go further than the 66’ at terminal sump? Update? Would love to hear!
Did you pass the next sump?

Where would we pay attention for that communication?

Partner stoves are the best!
What time of year is this
August. Many alpine caves have a short season. Late summer to early fall is usually the best time for a visit.
@@DerekBristol I bet this thing floods like crazy!
2:20 top left...
could easily be wrong but I thought the Neff's Canyon cave was the deepest in Utah
Neffs Canyon is 1163’ deep. Main Drain is slightly deeper at 1227’.
no diving ???
joseph charbine You mean diving video footage? I’m not a cave diver, so didn’t capture that, but there was definitely diving.
@@DerekBristol the video title is cave diving at the bottom of Utah's deepest..
That's why I was asking about the cave diving part ?.😕
Fair enough. The objective of the trip was cave diving, but I was just a Sherpa.
Dreams!
Amazing explore. Did the diving teams remove all of their trash when they were done?
z50king29 The de-rig is taking place this weekend.
No worries thanks
@@samgarrad3665 I didn't mean you guys left trash. I meant all the bottles, gear, etc.
Whoever picked the music for this video should be shamed publicly
Why
mindless noise
Get rid of the stupid music and it will be a good video.
What’s wrong with the music
Is that infernal background music necessary? it adds NOTHING!
That’s wrong with it haha
