interesting, but you should do an episode on those who are here by choice and who are not constrained by budget. me, for instance -- i live in the santiago ranchos area of temecula and bought into the region by choice as a k-12 administrator working within a local school district office -- it's beautiful and i am not just thinking of the next 2-3 years, i was/am thinking of the home of my lifetime.

I think it just depends on your timeframe. If you can own it for at least 10 years, you can't lose. Short timeframes who knows. Longer timeframes the value of all SoCal real estate is going much much higher
and now after the pandemic caused companies to finally start allowing most of their employees to work from home, Temecula/Murrieta will exponentially grow.
