    It is always nice seeing a content creator make videos like this and address the problem a lot of young people are trying to fix.
    For making tasks more fun I found making the breaks or times when you aren't being on task boring, to make the task seem more enjoyable in comparison.
    Example:
    If you're working on a document and you want to take a little break, instead of going on your phone or playing videogames. The better approach would be taking a walk without music or anything that brings something that can drastically distract you from the task.
    This can also help with some long term goals that you have which aren't hard, just boring that you do not do, cardio is from the example I provided.
