What I like about intelligent, thought provoking veteran jinkookers is their dedication to fact based analyses, their desire to educate people not with fancy BS edits but with truth that make you think outside the box. In the 4 months since I dug deep into their bond, I’ve learnt what they have is two lives that are intertwined as one, it’s a story that’s 10 years in the making. You cannot break this bond, no matter the obstacles that’s thrown at them always, the restrictions imposed on them, the separation mandated by the company, they will always find innovative ways to stay. They are a team for life. Jin and Jungkook are not a ship to fantasize over, they are a real couple trying to navigate the world that’s not favorable to them and their desire to be together freely. I have a strong objection too because I think shipping (and sometimes fanfic) has stereotyped queers a lot and fail to see how much difference it might be compared to a het relationship. For example, a simple thing such as falling in love and starting a relationship isn't that easy. First of all, it needs A LOT of self-acceptance and that work alone could literally take years. Not only accepting the feeling, but also accepting that we're different, accepting that we're going to pursue a harder path in the future... So, it's not only "damaging" for the artists but also for the community since they diminish the struggles for entertainment value. With this series I want to prove that we don't have to do those things to make strong and valid points 😊 They're the ones who tell the story!
@@moonbathingrite yeah right. From very beginning of being army, I thought that shipping were essential to this fandom. I had read a lot of fan fiction. To the point, I had cried a lot when certain ships were distanced from each other. But over the years, I have realised this is wrong . We can't just put 2 and 2 together for them. It's not our life . Whatever they have, I don't know and I don't want to interfere . I just respect them and want them to be happy. Yes, you are right, relationship takes a lot of effort. A single moment doesn't do much. Self acceptance, loving your own self, working towards a common path with diffence in opinions, it takes all to become one with your partner. Falling in love is sometimes easy but maintaining a relationship is tough. And generalizing queer relationship as a hetero one is also very wrong. I think most people view love like that, like what VMIN had, and there's nothing wrong with it. However, we have to acknowledge that people show love/affection differently, perhaps in unusual ways like Jinkook. From the video, we can see that they have a similar philosophy in appreciating something simple, modest, and straightforward so we have to empathise with them in that mindset. That's exactly what makes them inspiring as you feel too. Finally, you have an Ao3 account! @@moonbathingrite I just want to add that I think the fandom is getting more maturity because there was a time not many gave any value to Yoonjin because there wasn't any overwhelming physical affection between them despite both members confessing to a strong understanding between each other. However, in this recent years, many are paying attention to this bond. So perhaps there is growth.

Funny how others interpret their bickering as something negative or shallow when in fact it just shows how comfortable and happy they are with each other. If Jin's a colour, he's indeed white or even translucent. I think he can be himself with JK because JK is so young and he looks up to his hyungs a lot. So, rather than adjusting as per usual, Jin determined what kind of relationship that he wants with JK. Then along the way, he found out that he enjoys being that person. We share the same thoughts. I've always thought do some people realize Tom and Jerry can't live without each other. Jinkook maybe bickering, but they really have a soft spot for each other, if only people could see that. I actually only watched one video to believe they had a relationship that differs from the others. But it took me a while and a bunch of analysis videos to build my understanding of their bond. Then when I finally believe that their connection with each other is indeed special and genuine, I never doubted them anymore. I think Jin and JK relate so well with each other, because each are the youngest in their families. Jin is the oldest, JK the youngest in the group, but Jin probably thinks/acts like he’s the youngest alongside JK. I’ve noticed when they seem hurt or unsure, they cling/lean into each other. Also, it’s interesting to see how they easily switch roles with each other. To me, it’s signs of complete faith and trust. The two are very beautiful together, very loving, attentive, caring, full of laughter and smiles. I hope they forever stay in each other’s lives.

you scare me. because your videos give me what i want emotionally. i am not looking to force a romantic relationship about any of my ships (of which i have many). i love all 21 bonds in Bangtan actually. Jinkook just happens to be my favourite along with 3 others. (it's a shared 4 way first place with 1 person repeating). And as I've said before, there is this static in my brain when they are together that has me wanting to violate my own rules, but one thing is for sure. the bond here is deep. i've always been conscious of the fact that we don't see it all, so it could just be the closest bond within Bangtan but not necessarily in JK or Jin's life but that just doesn't feel true. for 2 reasons. one is the setup. Bangtan as a whole show a lot of love and consideration to each other. and two is the bond itself. the complete lack of discomfort between the two screams volumes. either way, this was extremely satisfying to watch. you are so non-toxic that it appeals so much. thank you for making the point during the taejinkook at the theme park ride section. none of the bonds deserve the ignominy of being pitted against each other.

Just came across this video I was about to close after I realized its abt shipping (nothing against any shippers I was just traumatized by many shipping videos here) but I am happy I didn't. It's not officially confirmed since it's made in the 40s, but it's pretty clear if we watch the series again. We fail to see it because of the "stereotype" and I think that part also represents the way some fans see Jinkook.
It's true new army always get them wrong. Jinkook is my 1st ship. It's just happened that i found how the eldest and the youngest love each other. I loved their friendship so much. I didnt knew army shipped members romantically. So when i 1st time found it i was so angry and frustrated. However i eneded up watching jinkook analysis. I dont know when but i started to believe they are actually in love.. When you shipped them other army have a problem thet theh have 5 year age gap. But they never have a problem when they call them tom and jerry, like every else in the world always fighting with someone 5 years older then you. They are actually not brothers, so you cant just tell that they are like real brothers and its okk. But how it becam okk, they never give a thought about it. They always see them goofing around and comfortable with each other. But never thought how they became comfortable and each otherd safe jone. . What I like about intelligent, thought provoking veteran jinkookers is their dedication to fact based analyses, their desire to educate people not with fancy BS edits but with truth that make you think outside the box. In the 4 months since I dug deep into their bond, I’ve learnt what they have is two lives that are intertwined as one, it’s a story that’s 10 years in the making. You cannot break this bond, no matter the obstacles that’s thrown at them always, the restrictions imposed on them, the separation mandated by the company, they will always find innovative ways to stay. They are a team for life. Jin and Jungkook are not a ship to fantasize over, they are a real couple trying to navigate the world that’s not favorable to them and their desire to be together freely. I have a strong objection too because I think shipping (and sometimes fanfic) has stereotyped queers a lot and fail to see how much difference it might be compared to a het relationship. For example, a simple thing such as falling in love and starting a relationship isn't that easy. First of all, it needs A LOT of self-acceptance and that work alone could literally take years. Not only accepting the feeling, but also accepting that we're different, accepting that we're going to pursue a harder path in the future... So, it's not only "damaging" for the artists but also for the community since they diminish the struggles for entertainment value. With this series I want to prove that we don't have to do those things to make strong and valid points 😊 They're the ones who tell the story!

To the point, I had cried a lot when certain ships were distanced from each other. But over the years, I have realised this is wrong . We can't just put 2 and 2 together for them. It's not our life . Whatever they have, I don't know and I don't want to interfere . I just respect them and want them to be happy. Yes, you are right, relationship takes a lot of effort. A single moment doesn't do much. Self acceptance, loving your own self, working towards a common path with diffence in opinions, it takes all to become one with your partner. Falling in love is sometimes easy but maintaining a relationship is tough. And generalizing queer relationship as a hetero one is also very wrong. I think most people view love like that, like what VMIN had, and there's nothing wrong with it. However, we have to acknowledge that people show love/affection differently, perhaps in unusual ways like Jinkook. From the video, we can see that they have a similar philosophy in appreciating something simple, modest, and straightforward so we have to empathise with them in that mindset. That's exactly what makes them inspiring as you feel too.

However, in this recent years, many are paying attention to this bond. So perhaps there is growth.

If Jin's a colour, he's indeed white or even translucent. I think he can be himself with JK because JK is so young and he looks up to his hyungs a lot. So, rather than adjusting as per usual, Jin determined what kind of relationship that he wants with JK. Then along the way, he found out that he enjoys being that person. This story with a lot of room for personal growth is much better than most romcom~

Jinkook maybe bickering, but they really have a soft spot for each other, if only people could see that. But it took me a while and a bunch of analysis videos to build my understanding of their bond.
Then when I finally believe that their connection with each other is indeed special and genuine, I never doubted them anymore.

I think Jin and JK relate so well with each other, because each are the youngest in their families. Jin is the oldest, JK the youngest in the group, but Jin probably thinks/acts like he’s the youngest alongside JK. I’ve noticed when they seem hurt or unsure, they cling/lean into each other. Also, it’s interesting to see how they easily switch roles with each other. To me, it’s signs of complete faith and trust.
The two are very beautiful together, very loving, attentive, caring, full of laughter and smiles. I hope they forever stay in each other’s lives.

They have a long history that started from a memorable first meeeting, a character development, a healthy dynamic, and a relationship progression that can be tracked easily even without some wild speculations. you scare me. because your videos give me what i want emotionally. i am not looking to force a romantic relationship about any of my ships (of which i have many). i love all 21 bonds in Bangtan actually. Jinkook just happens to be my favourite along with 3 others. (it's a shared 4 way first place with 1 person repeating). And as I've said before, there is this static in my brain when they are together that has me wanting to violate my own rules, but one thing is for sure. the bond here is deep. i've always been conscious of the fact that we don't see it all, so it could just be the closest bond within Bangtan but not necessarily in JK or Jin's life but that just doesn't feel true. for 2 reasons. one is the setup. Bangtan as a whole show a lot of love and consideration to each other. and two is the bond itself. the complete lack of discomfort between the two screams volumes. either way, this was extremely satisfying to watch. you are so non-toxic that it appeals so much. thank you for making the point during the taejinkook at the theme park ride section. none of the bonds deserve the ignominy of being pitted against each other.

Just came across this video I was about to close after I realized its abt shipping (nothing against any shippers I was just traumatized by many shipping videos here) but I am happy I didn't. I love the relationship between every member they are unique and beautiful but I don't like those overly sexualised concept of every members move but I am pleasantly surprised I was able to watch the whole video without feeling the cringe(yk that urge to get out of the video) I am Jin biased and I think we will get along very well😅 based on how you portrayed or view him as person.....I agree with most parts, for eg. him being water and adapting according to the members or any opposite person. It's not officially confirmed since it's made in the 40s, but it's pretty clear if we watch the series again. We fail to see it because of the "stereotype" and I think that part also represents the way some fans see Jinkook.
It's true new army always get them wrong. Jinkook is my 1st ship. It's just happened that i found how the eldest and the youngest love each other. I loved their friendship so much. I didnt knew army shipped members romantically. So when i 1st time found it i was so angry and frustrated. However i eneded up watching jinkook analysis. I dont know when but i started to believe they are actually in love..
