Prpblem with the gradient rectangular shape .. i follow all instructions and the black background shows.. only the vertical shapes 5x are shows perfectly while the background is all black

you have to keep it in both slides and only change its size

when a shape disappears it means you don't have it in both slides

I personally designed this (ua-cam.com/video/SRGGZiCxB0o/v-deo.html) for my Ph.D. thesis presentation, because same as you I had a lot of pictures and charts to show the audience
My field was mechanical engineering and it was suitable for my field. You have to decide if is it suitable for your presentation or not
But for the academic environment, a simple presentation is always working

It is because your background is white you have to fill the background with a picture

Download the template from google drive the link is in the description
Then double click on the file and open the PowerPoint file, it is better to do this in pc or laptop
2:26 why cant i choose the " slide background fill " it gets blur
You have to first fill your background with an image, then fill your shape with slide background fill

you have to upgrade your PowerPoint but if you are using PowerPoint 2016 you can add it with a trick

You need at least PowerPoint 2019
