Lower judiciary definitely is in need of security to judicial officers.. infrastructure nd 2nd njpc is the need . Only then we can think of speedy disposal of cases..the kind of present infrastructure nd salary they r working need to be upgraded..they r working under lot of pressure with no security..1 personal security guard should be given to every judicial officers esp women judges coz at the end of every judgement a judge has always one enemy ready!!

Can't tell state specific facilities. I'm sorry! But this much I can certainly say that once 2nd njpc will come into play, it's gonna be applied equally in all states.
It's still in process. Also, All states have been asked to put up their current status of security cover concerning judicial officers before court. Now let's see how the case pans out. Hon'ble Attorney General is also assisting the court regarding it.
If there's a state which offers more than what has been mentioned in the recommendations, then in that scenario, the ones which are more beneficial would prevail. If there's some specific reservation with respect to implementation part, the state which has reservation (issue) is suppose to mention it and then that particular aspect would also be heard with intention of resolving it or finding a midway path. Once all points gets sorted, the recommendations would then be put to apply.
