Child education allowance
E.g gross salary hai ek employee ki 800000 aur 54000 child education allowance ...
Total kya banega iska 854000.... for tax calculation.... ya sirf 800000 for tax calculation.
Please guide child education allowance gross salary me aata hai...

They are part of Salary however exemption is available to the extent of following:-
Children Education Allowance:
Up to Rs. 100 per month per child up to a maximum of 2 children is exempt
Hostel Expenditure Allowance:
Up to Rs. 300 per month per child up to a maximum of 2 children is exempt
