This is an awesome helmet. I bought it last week from you guys. It is extremely lightweight compared to my Arai RX-7 V, it is very comfortable, high quality, great materials, comfy, soft liner, the aerodynamics are great, especially at high speed, easy visor exchange, chin spoiler, chin curtain, breath guard, Pinlock, everything included. I really like it a lot, and it just looks AWESOME. Plus great customer service, packaging and fast shipping from Champion helmets. Thumbs up folks, you just got a new regular customer. 👍👍👍
Thanks for the complement and for sharing your experience with the helmet! We're also glad that your enjoying the X-Spirit 3, especially since it really is one of the best
Hi, Immanuel, the helmet doesn't have the DOT logo in the back because this is the European version of the X-Spirit 3. In Europe, Shoei market the helmet as the X-Spirit 3 and it is only ECE 22.05 rated. For the US, Shoei sell the helmet as the X-14 and it has been redesigned to pass the DOT test. So, the two helmets are slightly different, and they will even differ in other areas like weight as a result
I've got it for a few months, modified it with custom rubber mohawk for the fun...Amazing looking helmet, very soundproofed and very safe... Fits very nice. What's your take between this one and the GT Air 2 ? the GT air 2 Ogre is looking amazing.
Sounds like a great experience with the X-Spirit 3! The difference between the two will be large since they're focusing on different categories. So, the X-Spirit 3 is going to be a top end full-face helmet with great comfort and performance. However, it's also designed as a race helmet so it will work best in a racing position and won't be focused on soundproofing, even though it does well at it. The GT Air 2, in comparison, is a sport-touring helmet so it will focus on comfort and noise. As such, it should come out as a very quiet and comfortable helmet and it also has an integrated sun visor so you don't have to change out your visors as much. So a it's a bit more of a question of what riding you plan on with each helmet since they're suited to slightly different things.
@@Championhelmets Alright, thanks for the quick answer. I decided to buy the GT AIR 2 Ogre as well to suit well with my CBR 650R who's black and with some tone of red, first off colors will be amazing together. But I guess I will have my own experience with it soon. I can't wait to see if it's that different inside as confort goes, and soundproofing. Personally I don't care as long as it's not too terrible soundproofing, or the wind goes aggressive on your head when you go over 120km/h. It can be annoying. Til winter is over, I'll just have to wait I guess, another month or a bit more, and I'm able to ride again, the helmet will come in a week so I can already try it beforehand. Ride safe. V
No problem. Hopefully it should work out well, when we measured the GT Air 2 on our bike at 130km/h we measured 97 decibels. Safe riding and let us know if we can help with anything down the line!
For a naked bike what is a better helmet ? The GT-air2 or the xspirit iii ?(my problem is the high speed wind 😂, so i need a better aerodynamic helmet)
Though the X-Spirit 3 is primarily designed for track us, it does include an adjustable liner to allow it to be used for city use in a more upright position. Thanks for the question! What are your thoughts on the Shoei helmet?
@@thiseas331 Shoei definitely didn't hold anything back when it came to giving us the X-Spirit 3. The level of detail is incredible, especially when it comes to the adjustable visor system. It may be possible that the pressure is caused by the helmet's head shape or sizing. If, after measuring against the size chart, the helmet is the correct size, then the pressure likely means that your head may be on the rounder side of intermediate oval. If the difference is not too great though, it may be possible to switch out the interior liner to get a more custom fit that will alleviate the pressure. Thanks for the comment! What are your thoughts on the Shoei helmet?
Some people just really like the helmet, and some people don't realise that there is a difference between racing and road helmets. Would you have an X spirit?
Tito Alo Actually you can use it for daily activities. Its lightweight, extremely well designed to absorb impact at relatively high speeds.Sure it maybe expensive but nothing wrong with using it everyday if you got the money.Racing helmets are probably best designed to save your life if you do have a catastrophic crash one day.God forbid ofcourse

How was the vision compared to your Arai RX 7V. Was it wide like Arai? @the mad Viking #793
@@midhunthomas2314 I'd even say, the field of vision on the Shoei is a little wider.

Champion Helmets can you ship the helmet to Indonesia? How much is the helmet? And how much is the delivery cost?
Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to Indonesia. However, if you have any further questions, we're always happy to help!

Visor mechanism is not carbon fiber but just plastic made to look like carbon. Great helmet though and it makes no difference.

Was that really the same helmet that marquez was wearing? I mean it may had different shape but are the materilas and stuff like this the same ?

Do you ship to Singapore
Hi Joe, yes we do ship to Singapore.
What do you think of the X-Spirit 3?
Matte finish tho’, isn’t it, like the red/blk ‘concept’ model ... ?
Yes, the finish of the Marquez 5 TC-1 is matte, same as the Marquez Black Concept

Pull & Bear is a ladies clothing brand ... 😄
They make for all sex.
But why a racing helmet though? I suppose it's not for daily use

Champion Helmets not really, I want a helmet that is comfortable and quiet. Design is also important but not the most important for me
