That entire album alone is his best work.
I was once in my life a fallen Christian Woman, back slidden and felt like I had let God down . I heard the song by Deitrick Haddon, God didn't Give Up On Me, this song not only help me realize that God hadn't gave up on me, But in that particular song, he help shed some light on truth that the enemy uses to make Christian people who fell down , stay down by being the lier he is and how he uses church folk to make you feel bad about your mistakes, but living ungodly behind closed doors. This really helped me get up, knowing My father still loves me, he never gave up on me!!! Lord than he came out with Sinner's Prayer!!! This hit came out and you could tell it came from a place of experience, that's why I love Deitrick Haddon, no other way to be a true witness for the Lord, is when you have been in a place of failure in your life, talk about it and come clean about it, than make songs to help pull others out of it. God bless this man of God. God is never looking for perfection, but a pure heart towards him🙌

PERFECTION depends on the context. Jesus said be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect. be holy as i am holy. that is Gods standard for Christians, holiness & perfection. yes, sinners hearing the gospel and being delievered from sin and this world are definitely not going to be perfect or even have the ability to obey God nor concern about Gods will and purpose for their lives. thats why we all must be born again. HE gives us that new heart and mind to glorify Him.
whenever you see people professing a love and relationship with Jesus but sinning and living like the devil, they are lying to themselves and in danger of hellfire. theyre not "keeping it real", theyre not "being transparent". theyre being sinful, wicked, unfaithful. they need to repent.

Sadly a lot of American Gospel singer like many of it's pastors sin too much and do not represent Christ properly. Yes no one is perfect and we all fall and sin at times but these people are in the spot light have fame and money and still sinning, this is why they need to step down from the spot light if they cannot be holy as God is holy because they end up setting a bad example for other believers.

You have to live a certain way to make your message believable. People don't even need to know that you are not sinless, not perfect. They already know that. What they need to see the resurrection power of God to change a life. It's not just about God's ability & willingness to forgive but about His ability to give you grace to want to obey Him. I don't know Mr. Haddon so this is said in general for the body of christ. We are to be salt and light and as iron sharpen iron we're to help each other walk stronger. While a lot of things can be entertaining none of us are called to be just entertainers. The church has too much entertaining in every area. A lot of it has lead to people's stumbling. We need to hold one another accountable and to intercede prayerfully when someone gets into sin. For those who say don't judge and God doesn't judge, that's a lie. If you don't judge sin as sin you can't pray for that person's deliverance. We are not to judge hypocritically but righteously. God has never retired from being judge he gave us redemption through the blood of Christ is son. When we repent he is just to forgive us of our sins. If we don't repent there is a huge problem - for us.

The problem is he was a shepherd that wasn’t practicing what he was preaching and this is why the unsaved don’t believe what Christians say and they will tell you that you are no different from them, which is true. Yes we are to forgive when our brothers and sisters fall down, but his credibility has been tarnished and the believer’s future is at stake. Now they’re questioning if any of what he preached was true. Jeremiah 23 says: “Woe be unto the Pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture, saith the Lord. The enemy is tempting God’s people and we are yielding instead of resisting him, we fall victim to the very trick the Lord told us to be aware of “Satan’s tactics”, they are not new. Wake-up Church, there is a war going on and we are coming up short. It’s time to reevaluate our purpose “winning souls to Christ.

Haven’t we all been in a place of not practicing what we preach? If an unsaved someone doesn’t believe what he says and says u are no different than me, do u think that falls on Deitrick? A man is to believe the scriptures and obey the commandments of Yahweh even if a hypocrite is preaching to him. Jesus aka Yeshua walked the earth and performed mighty miracles and showed them who the Father is and some still didn’t believe. It’s unfair to place the burden of another’s belief on an imperfect man named Deitrick Haddon. The scriptures declare that a just man will live by his faith. The obligation is on each man to believe. U will see throughput the scripture numerous examples of godly men sinning from Abraham, Moses, David and so on. Who appeared to Jesus on the Mount of Transfiguration? Moses and Elijah. U can read their faults right in the scriptures. Jesus is called the Son of David. And we know all the things he did. Jer.23 is true indeed but how u apply it to Deitrick is faulty. Read the preceding chapters and see what the rulers or Pastors of Israel did and u won’t find Deitrick having done the same. And finally, his story is not over. Nor is urs or mine. But as u said we must wake up.

We are all sinners saved by grace. God never left our salvation in the hands of his creation. As believers of the Lord Jesus, we should be leaning on the Holy Spirit to help us do God's will and not looking at one another. We are admonish to lift each other up. King David was still called a man after God own heart. I believe when we fall God is saying that about us too.
God is the only judge that matters: and you must remember he does not judge he loves us all the same . We are all his children; No one is perfect. Let’s love and respect one another as separate unique individuals.

For salvation, we just need to follow the way they did it in Acts?
They repented and were baptized in water in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and received the gift of the Holy Ghost, Acts 2:38!
Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead and walking in the newness of life. That's what Acts 2:38 is. St John 3:3-5, EXCEPT for a man be born of WATER AND OF THE SPIRIT, he cannot enter the kingdom of GOD.
We can't come up with our own gospel. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed.

He’s clothes and style are cool in the Christian world especially the youth! As long as you put Jesus first🙏🏽But as far as his first marriage I was listening to their music back then and felt the Holy Spirit through their music especially his wife she had a beautiful Christian song that was popular on gospel music stations as well as black secular music 🎶 station! Then all of a sudden she was alone! I wondered what happened 🧐then he appears with a new young girl! Immediately I felt in my soul that he left his first wife for a younger girl! Later I found out he did!

I often wonder where D. Hadden's career would have gone if not for his foolish choices, related to his marriage. A very talented man that was not truly a man of GOD. Nevertheless, that was then and now I listen to his music and can't forget. I think by bringing his wrong doing to a reality show was a bad move. Now, he must live with the consequences. Even now. Unfortunately!
