Thank you Oscar for being a Super Clean customer and mentioning our product in your video! We are happy to hear it works so well for you in your business.
"buy what you can afford" .. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY A $400 STEAMER" LMAO dead but I understand your reasoning, you're honestly a lot of help thanks for all the info, starting my interior biz quite soon here.
When I saw this video. I got on line to order APC, and had to do 4/1 to clean my car carpet. I was so surprised that it got all my stains out. Soooo thank you Oscar for all this info.
You always right Oscar we don't need to buy a lot of stuff we don't need the beginning I hope you make more videos I learning a lot from you. Keep it coming
Yay I’ve been waiting for this!! Thanks! Still wanna see a best of Walmart or autozone for us car/clean freaks on a budget. I’ve been testing out different washes and waxes
Thank you for the great info, my detail guy is a little bummed I’m not messing up my car as much though 😉 And man, I saw you say in another comment section that you dropped out and I’m so excited for you prospering and sharing that- it’s not a requirement for being successful! Excited to see your growth!
thanks you're really good appreciate the time you give us and your trade please try Wolfgang uber would like your opinion for me I have found it better than onr.
I know this video was a while ago but I am literally just getting into detailing and if I’m cleaning the carpet and I use the cleaner then use the brush, then what? Do I just wipe it away with the towel or? Thanks for the help!
You have a lot of energy! I wish you were near me and I could hire you to clean my mini convertible. I have two questions for you. I have a black interior and I have white-is smears around the car, mostly on the door panel, from makeup/sunscreen/lotion. What will get it off? Also what do you use on a black convertible top? Mine has some marks from being folded. Also I have a steam cleaner for the house, do you like steam for interiors?
Oscar thanks for the tool information. A lot of these tools I don't have fabric rinse. Why do you use this product and does it benefit the customer? If so how?
Ok wait what does the acid do again? One more question do you drink coffee, like alot of coffee😂🤣 Seriously you can tell you take pride in your work. Keep the videos coming👍👍
Hey, what would you suggest for soliciting? If you have ever solicited at like hospitals or malls, what in your experience was the best? I live in a pretty big city in Florida btw.
Yoooo I posted the process of detailing the interior of my car today on Instagram and I got a mini flood of people asking me how much I charge! I was following your steps and using the tools you recommended but I really just used a large bristle brush, two detailing brushes, some apc, and some carpet cleaner. If I had that carpet cleaning vaccum and the rinse I'd definitely start a business using the program you recommend each video. So thank you 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks for the great tools update! Got a question: Batteries. Specifically how do you manage working in a client's car and not running their battery down?
Hey i'm a detailer and i have one question. I know degreasers can't be used on leather or plastic. is this superclean (apc) degreaser both a apc and a degreaser? Can it be used on leather and plastic or will it fade the plastic and the leather?
Detail Groove you should also monetize your vidoes or add more ads for those 1 hour videos since you have to work a little hard to record and clean so you get paid for the views and the actual job
It depends how bad it is. If it's reallllly bad, there's nothing you can do aside from touch up paint (which is still super visible). If it's not that bad, you can buff it out
Great video. Doing an interior today. I’m finding that Apartment owners don’t let people wash cars in their buildings here in Los Angeles. Is that the same case for you in your neck of the woods?
Well, the problem I run into is there's not much space in an apartment. I go with a rinseless wash. No generator, no pressure washer, no big mess of water
Detail Groove I really appreciate your help. Interior job today became a way and wax, 3 hour job. That was great, but I got either people coming by wanting a card or they came up and said “you can’t do that in here”.
Detail Groove I'd asked you before about interior tools so this video answered my question:) I've been detailing for a couple of years on the side and I don't have a lot of the things you have. Got the basics but it gets the job done. Could use a steamer and a carpet extractor in the future as my business grows. As for now I just use sprays, brushes and my high power wet/dry shop vac for fabrics. Kinda works like a carpet extractor! Never thought about using a ph neutralizer, I'll definitely be looking into that!
I would just use Optimum No Rinse (ONR) diluted as a clay lube. Or if you have clay lubriacnt or some type of window cleaner, that will also work. Spray onto the towel, then wipe down the wood. Dont' spray onto the wood grain
Hello TDK TDK! Yes, Super Clean works great on leather! We recommend diluting Super Clean down 8:1 and apply it to a clean damp rag and wipe away the grime with that and then take another clean damp rag and wipe away any residue that is left. Make sure you test it in an inconspicuous area before you begin. If you have any additional questions, please contact customerservice@superclean.com and we can assist you! Thank you!
Detail Groove yes I checked it out thanks. I ve done some interior cleanings in my vehicle with alcaline APC and never seen any browning ( i didn't notice anything at least :p) So acid rinse is a must do thing or it's a safety measure just to be safe ? Rinse with plain water can neutralize pH too?
Detail snobs everywhere. Seems to me he has the tools necessary to properly communicate and provide satisfaction for his customers. Too many people think you need to spend so much money in all the tools and products, but at the end of the day, if you can provide a satisfactory result for your customer and make a living doing something you love, then you're doing it right. Isn't that what we are in business for? I personally use a bit more tools and products but kudos for building from the ground up and making a career Oscar. Good video.
Thank you Oscar for being a Super Clean customer and mentioning our product in your video! We are happy to hear it works so well for you in your business.
Yep!
After seeing what can be done with your product, I'm buying some.

"buy what you can afford" .. "PLEASE DO NOT BUY A $400 STEAMER" LMAO dead but I understand your reasoning, you're honestly a lot of help thanks for all the info, starting my interior biz quite soon here.
I dont know why but every time you hit the brush I kept laughing 😂
Lmao, didn't know that'd bring so much attention
When I saw this video. I got on line to order APC, and had to do 4/1 to clean my car carpet. I was so surprised that it got all my stains out. Soooo thank you Oscar for all this info.
Woohoo! Glad it worked out for you :)
What you mean by 4/1 or 2 to 10???
When he says 4/1 does it mean the ration to APC (All purpose cleaner) to water? So I’d be 4 portions of apc and 1 portion of water?
Fade No 4/1 would be 4 measurements of water and 1 measurement of product.
You always right Oscar we don't need to buy a lot of stuff we don't need the beginning I hope you make more videos I learning a lot from you. Keep it coming
Thanks for watching Carlos!
Hands down best detail UA-cam channel thanks for the content dude
Got into auto detailing when I bought my own car and you have been extremely helpful. Thanks a lot bro, you the best!
Thanks for watching Suson!
I would like to see a video on how you transport your supplies and how you arrange them in your car. I might look at getting an hhr for the work
Good idea! I'll add it to the list
This may have been the most informative video you have ever posted!

Thanks for the recommendation
When using the acid rinse cleaner is it necessary to use an extractor, or can you just agitate then wipe up with a microfiber cloth? thanks.
Why do you keep hitting the brush.
Lmao, no reason
great question my friend! God you are distracted!
Lol it’s actually pretty fun to do it’s like a Detailer’s fidget spinner.
I know this video was a while ago but I am literally just getting into detailing and if I’m cleaning the carpet and I use the cleaner then use the brush, then what? Do I just wipe it away with the towel or? Thanks for the help!
Yes you do- just wipe it off with the towel
You have a lot of energy! I wish you were near me and I could hire you to clean my mini convertible. I have two questions for you. I have a black interior and I have white-is smears around the car, mostly on the door panel, from makeup/sunscreen/lotion. What will get it off? Also what do you use on a black convertible top? How do you remove gum from carpet or inside door pockets seem to be the hardest I dealt with
Oscar thanks for the tool information. A lot of these tools I don't have fabric rinse. Why do you use this product and does it benefit the customer? If so how?
It helps reduce browning in the carpet. It improves quality
13:14 So I took your advice; I went to my local janitorial supply place and asked the guy "What's your problem?" - He punched me :-P LOL (joke)
Ok wait what does the acid do again? One more question do you drink coffee, like alot of coffee😂🤣 Seriously you can tell you take pride in your work. Keep the videos coming👍👍
haha- i'm not a coffee drinker. And the acid rinse is to lower the PH in the fabric so you don't get the browning affect or to not stiff up the fibers
His friends: hey... so what’s up? What’s hannin’?
Oscar: Nothing.... just clapping them brushes!
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thanks for sharing what you use.
You bet :)
Hey, what would you suggest for soliciting? If you have ever solicited at like hospitals or malls, what in your experience was the best? I live in a pretty big city in Florida btw.
I have never done any of that. I got my website ranked on the first page of Google (SEO)

Thanks for the great tools update! Got a question: Batteries. Specifically how do you manage working in a client's car and not running their battery down?
Out of the last 40 interiors that I've worked on, I've never had a battery issue while working on the interior
Detail Groove even with working with the doors open? Curious... thanks for the reply
Bad Raven Films if it's that the case just start the engine for fifteen minutes while working for the battery to charge.
Yep, doors open the entire time
Hey i'm a detailer and i have one question. I know degreasers can't be used on leather or plastic. is this superclean (apc) degreaser both a apc and a degreaser? Can it be used on leather and plastic or will it fade the plastic and the leather?
Super Clean is a all purpose cleaner, not a degrease. It's safe
Hope i can see another 1 hour video soon
Haha, I'll keep it in mind
Detail Groove you should also monetize your vidoes or add more ads for those 1 hour videos since you have to work a little hard to record and clean so you get paid for the views and the actual job
Thanks for the advice. I'm not a fan of ads :P
Detail Groove me neither but i wouldnt mind watching a few ads for another 1 hour satisfying cleaning video
Any ideas on how u would approach a vehicle with a bad scratch or reduce the scratch ?🤔
It depends how bad it is. If it's reallllly bad, there's nothing you can do aside from touch up paint (which is still super visible). If it's not that bad, you can buff it out
THIS CHANNEL IS AWESOME!!!
thanks :)
Hey Oscar, great video. What delusion ratio for clay lube with the Optimum no rinse? Thx
I belive it's 256:1
@@DetailGroove how do figure that out?? Would that be like a cap full to a gallon of water? Thx
Here you go: www.enviro-one.com/dilution-calculator/
@@DetailGroove 👍
Do you ever go with super clean 5:1 for the interior? Or 10:1 is the only way to use it?
Question could you just use a smaller cheap shock vacuum
of course
So the “supper clean” can be used on fabric seats and carpet?
That would be correct
Also* I know you don’t have or use a hot water extractor, but is there one you would suggest getting for car detailing?
I just reviewed and linked all the interior products on this video: ua-cam.com/video/kTGmiz24ftY/v-deo.html
Awesome video Osc...Thanks for sharing!
You're welcome... Oscar!

You'll want to ask if there's a dedicated wash bay, if they're able to park somewhere with space, or if they have a garage
I just use the hobo wash centers
How much of superclean do you use ? How many oz ?
I dilute it 10:1. 11oz of solution, the rest of water
What is the GSM of micro fiber towel
Ahh- can't remember just like that
What do your use as a vacuum?
What is your opinion on using chemical guys products?
Don't fall into the rabbit hole of buying so many things. Buy the few things that work and that's it
Do you use the super clean on cloth and carpet?
Little Rookie it’s great for that.
Yes

Perhaps I missed it, what can I use to clean my wood grain in my escalade ext? Will super clean work or will it damage it?
I would just use Optimum No Rinse (ONR) diluted as a clay lube. Or if you have clay lubriacnt or some type of window cleaner, that will also work. Spray onto the towel, then wipe down the wood. Dont' spray onto the wood grain
@@DetailGroove awesome thank you sir!
Will super clean /apc clean browning. ?
No, it's the cause of it. You will need to rinse it out. Especially if it's white/beige cloth
Detail Groove how can I clean browning ??
You would reclean it as usual, mop up, then rinse it out. You need it to be completely dry to tell if it's cleaned
Cool, appreciate it, thanks,
