Owner of this channel has clearly limited mental capacity and doesn’t understand GDPR that’s data protection! So cannot film why is that so hard to understand!
Data protection in a car dealer relates to personal details and confidential information. Which they are obliged to keep secure. Member of public coming in filming cars or even people is not breaching GDPR. As its me filming not the company. Go read up on it. It's a great read. You may learn something. 😊
@@DJEMEDIA let me educate you quickly and for free. Customers will be sitting at desks using computers to fill in finance applications with possible ID on the tables which is sensitive material which then constitutes to breaking GDPR rules. Grow a brain 🧠 🤦🏻♂️
@ChalkOnline Yes if the company was filming. I am not bound by GDPR. Theirs nor in general. If I caught sensitive info and leaked it. It wouldn't be their fault unless they had been clearly poor in keeping is secure.
totally agree with your comment , he has no real business and hides behind his camera taunting people - I'd take the risk and floor him and chuck his petty / childish drone away
I'm trying to understand the service you're specifically giving... Truth is most people do not want to be 'put upon' in any business by a random person who wants their own way videoing or he'd paint them in a damaging light (threat) to gain what exactly? If said dealer was no good, they wouldn't exist 'perfect or not' why do they need someone who seemingly intends to rile them to gain views. Whatever way you look at it, let's be honest here =it's a form of abuse that you know you can get away with. Sad
please come to Gibraltar and do audits on our dealerships and construction sites here. We have several dealerships (Ford, Land Rover and Jaguar, Mercedes, VW, Motorama, Gedime, RockMotors, etc.) Lots of potential for great content!

@JimmyMac-jo3zh GDPR applies to them not the member of public. So you are correct
Think you forget it’s private property
Nope don't forget.
@@michaelknowles3595 Because he said outside was fine and it was fine.
Can they report you and trespass you? 100% yes. However, should they resort to this? 100% NO. Keep weeding out the prats mate. @@DANSADVENTURE69
