I think the 2nd major is cancelled so that pro players have some time to adjust to the cs2 and come up with new strats
True, we get to ease into CS2 and I love it!
Pretty silly decision as a lot of csgo orgs depend on the sticker money to stay afloat- after all we are in an "esports winter" right now. The timing is pretty bad.

Makes sense to take the Major to Denmark. Some of the best players and teams in CSGO were from Denmark and the CS culture is an actual thing in Denmark as well. So 100% deserved.
I will be sitting ready to buy tickets ASAP! This is huge 1) its a major in Denmark (Wauw!) 2) it's CS2 at its highest level with pro players that have been preparing for more than 6 months on the game... IT IS GONNA BE SICK!

It will be so sexy with a Copenhagen major medal together with the Paris major medal but think about this:
Sweden got the first CSGO major back in 2013 and now we have Denmark with the first CS2 major 11 years after. We only need a Norway major and the Scandinavia major map is complete.
Copenhagen is a more than a perfect place for a major, in Norway we have a saying that Copenhagen or Denmark is the center of Scandinavia but yeah I can`t wait.

I disrespect blast because they only have partnered teams (many of which often are not in a good form). Rising teams like mouz & spirit don’t even have a chance to compete because blast don’t have an open qualifiers. Because of it blast is super boring to watch. Same teams playing each other over and over again
