Just fantastic Leslie, thank you so much. I lived in George St Redfern and went to St Vincent's from Kindergarten to 2nd grade. Mother Dolores was the principal at the time (1965 to 68 I think). I remember my Kindergarten teacher, Sister Isadore to this day and still pray for her. I'd forgotten just how hard those times were for most of us. I'm happy that I lived there and had those beautiful nuns teaching me (still in habits). God bless

Pleased that you like it, Louise. The people on the cover page boarded at our home briefly during the mid 1950s. I have recently made contact with the now grown baby being held by her mother. Her father worked at the same tram depot as my father.
