    Consider two vertices as 1+i,2+2i. They lie on the line x=y. So perpendicular line is y=-x ie 1-i/√2 direction. Height of equilateral triangle is √3/2 a. Therefore we transport the midpoint 1.5+1.5i by √3/2 *a=√6/2. Therefore, 1.5+1.5i+√6/2(1-i)/√2=(3+√3)/2+(3-√3)/2 i there is one more solution if we instead take (-1+i)/√2

    Solution for 38:31 :
    z1 = 2+2i,z2 = 1+1i,z3 = x+iy
    wkt,

    We sir we have Z1=(1+i) and Z2=(2+2i) and we have to find Z3
    So,by diagram
    Z3-Z2 = Z1-Z2.e^i( thita)
    Z3= Z1-Z2.e^i(thita) +Z2
    Putting values of Z1 and Z2 respectively.
    -(1+i).e^30° +2+2i
    -(1+i).(cos30°+isin30°) +(2+2i)
    -(1+i).(root3/2 +i 1/2) +(2+2i)
    1/2-root3/2+2 + (- 1/2 - root3/2+2)i
    5-root3/2 - (3+root3/2)i = answer

    Let vertices are A = 1+i and B = 2+2i. And angle= pi/3 and there are two possibilities one clockwise angle and other anti clockwise.
    So angle=pi/3 and - pi/3.
    C= A + |C-A|/|B-A| × (B-A)× e^(i × pi/3)
    Now since |C-A| and |B-A| represent sides of equilateral triangle,so they are equal.
    So C= A+ (B-A)e^(i×pi/3).
    => C = (1+i) + [ (2+2i) - (1+1i) ] e^(i×pi/3).
    => C = (1+i) + [ 1+i ] e^(i×pi/3)
    => C = (1+i)[ 1 + cos(pi/3)+ i×sin(pi/3) ]
    And for other point D we can put (- pi/3) instead of pi/3
    => C = (1+i)(1+1/2+root3 ×i) and
    D =(1+i)(1 +1/2 - root3 × i).
    => C = [1×(1+1/2) - (1×(root3/2)] + [1×root3/2 + (1×(1+1/2)] × i.
    And D =[(1+1/2) - (- root3/2)] +[ - root3/2+ 1×1/2] × i.
    => C = [(3-root3)/2] + [(3+root3)/2] × i.
    And D = [(3+root3)/2] + [(3-root3)/2]× i. (ANSWER).

      And then put Z3=x+it

      Then convert whole in quadratic form and then after comparing you get the answer
