This song is genius. She was in the studio in LA and Travis Scott rolled
in and liked the beat and asked if he could get on it. Basically the
song is inspired by reggeaton but she drew the lyrical idea from: Artist
and famous people always surrounded by people/friends/family/supporters
and how this support needs to be tight knit like family. Its about
loyalty and keeping secrets. In the song she makes reference to mafias
and leaders of organized crime- how they are close, loyal ,and things
stay in the family- (like how artists have their close entourage) "ni un
amigo nuevo, ni una herida"= "no new friends, no lacerations" (direct
translation
I do not listen much Travis music, but after this I will. He proved me he is an artist. He will not stay comfy in his language or style, he will change it if he has to to shows a different side of his art. Awesome

We love you guys 🤗❤ Spam this comment with Rosalia reactions we haven't done yet
the verse when travis is joined by rosalia they start singing "nobody has to listen to family matters, capos with the capos and I'm the mom(father). secrets are for people whom you can trust, you better not break the omerta"
Omerta is the code of silence between mafia member to not rat out even if you're affected by that violence.
guys, u must react to rosalia singing "catalina" live in Plaza de Mayo, I consider that perfomace one of the most powerful demonstration of the brilliant Rosalia singing skills, it really gave me goosebumps
in Plaza Colon*
The first man singing in Spanish is not Travis, is Rosalia’s friend “El Guincho” 😉
Not in this one

Hey I love your reactions about Rosalia! I feel so proud for some reason that her music reach people from so many different nationalities regardless the languish. I like the fact that her background or starting point is Flamenco. I like that she is not phoney and she has such understanding of Flamenco but she doesn't use it as a show off. She really knows what she's talking about and that's because she approach it from the upmost respect and even if some people criticise her for using flamenco & mixing it up with urban sounds or whatever she is making people from all over the word pay attention to Flamenco for the very first time in their live. I remember on the very first concert that I went to see her in London at the Summerset House when she was just starting to be mainstream all sort of people, of course there was Spanish people but there was as well white English people. I asked these 3 Black English girls "How the hell you know about Rosalia? and they were loving her. as they say..."I don't need to understand what she is singing about. That energy in her music and her unique special voice speaks to my heart and my heart apparently understand" I loved it.
So...Thank you, looking forward to your next reaction and who knows...maybe we'll meet one day in a Rosalia concert!
I was waiting for your reaction. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much we appreciate the love ❤❤❤❤
Great reaction as usual, guys. I just googled TKN and this came up: "nitrogen is essential for living organisms to function. ... TKN analysis provides the opportunity to quantify the amount of nitrogen contained in organic form"
"Ella tiene medida brazuca" 😏🇧🇷
TKN is my favorite song! I love both Rosalia and Travis Scott's part
She explained in a video that this song talks about people around the musicians, about the gang that is surrounding the musicians ... usually a closed group of people and she equates to the Sicilian "family" .... the gangsters and their laws .... omertá.
And here lyrics on english..... www.billboard.com/articles/columns/latin/9392073/rosalia-travis-scott-tkn-english-lyrics-translation
Love your guys channel been watching you for a while your reactions are down to earth.
In the song, Rosalia touches on the main and general theme of the trust and secrecy of criminal groups comparing her closed circle of friends with the Sicilian mafia, mentioning the codes of honor in the famous drug lords of organized crime
From the beginning, a mother is seen raising her children in the absence of the father, in the song she indicates that "the things of the family" must remain within the family and must not be externalized, for example , children who do not trust anyone else "not a new friend or a wound", he says singing
* Translated from google
Esperábamos vuestra reacción jajaja
impresionante....maravillosa.....increible!
Hi ! Im a spanish speaker and I understand her. She says
Ni un amigo nuevo ni una herida
No mo new friends, no mo wounds
CHORUS
FAmily things you dont have to listen to
the capos wich you hang around, I'm the Mama
Secrets, only with the ones you can trust
You better don't break the omerta ( this is italian slang, for the rule of silence among the mob)
There are level for everything in this life
We never fuck with unknowns
No mo new friends, no mo wounds
What Travis says is
Leche con azucar
Milk with sugar
Have a good one!
The main theme of this video, the inspiration, is the crew of artists (mostly from cinema), their own crew, which is like a family. require of secrecy and confidence. That's why "Not a new friend nor an injury", and also the reference of Omertá, the law os silence. She also makes references to artists, like Almodovar (Kika is one of their characters) or Gaspar Noé, an Argentine filmmaker. This song also might connect with her conceptual album "El Mal Querer", which is a history about a toxic relationship (Based in a book called "Flamenca" from the 13th century) where, in the end, she kills the abuser and her new lover takes the blame. "Juro Que" connects with this, and in this song Travis might be the absent companion (in jail)
.
Rosalía's video clip has winks and visual references to the Argentine director Gaspar Noé, many, including the lyrics. Who is Gaspar Noé?
Gaspar Noé Films:
- Climax (2018)
- Love (2015)
- Enter The Void (2009)
- Irreversible (2002)
I love her hair and I love Rosalia of course

n the song, Rosalía touches on the trust and secrecy of criminal groups as the main theme, comparing her closed circle of friends with the Sicilian mafia, mentioning the codes of honor in the famous drug lords of organized crime. She is a widowed mother (dressed in black) who raises her children with the absence of the father, in the song she indicates that the things of the family should remain within the family and should not externalize or trust anyone else " not a new friend, not a wound, "he indoctrinates them. We start with a baby, innocent, newborn. He has been fortunate to be born after his father's death and to enjoy his mother's protection from the beginning Throughout the first verse that makes up this theme, continuous allusions to the communities that are created within this class of organized crime follow one another; one of the most obvious is the one that hides the phrase "I secret 'only with whom you can trust' / You had better not break the Omertá". This last term comes from the Sicilian language and refers to the "law of silence", a code of honor that commits all the members of a certain mafia cell not to betray any of the other members. What happened to the mother. What happened to the father. Also, she tries to protect them from "pain", any pain, not trusting anyone, aspects that are usual in people who have suffered. To support this, we see the pain of the absent father (Travis performs that role in the song) the pain of his absence is reflected in the children's paintings. After his death, represented in the scene where we can see the American rapper lying on the ground and in the image of the lifeless pigeon, his widow must take over the clan (the army of girls and boys) without being able to trust from no one. This story could have another version also linked to Rosalía's second album. Taking into account that the songs that compose it build a toxic love story that would have its continuation in his single "I swear what", and now, in this collaboration with Travis, it could be a new chapter.

And what if he raps in spanish just for a couple of seconds? I mean, he is an artist.
They didn’t say anything bad about it lol they liked it
Ok so this video refers to all the groups that abuse and kidnap kids (such as pizzagate and others) the msg she's sending out is dont fuck around with us, (Los capos con los capos y yo soy la mama: the gangs with the gangs and she's the boss) Like threatening somebody(this groups)... At the begging you can see her freeing the kids from a place, looking upset for whatever she saw. then She's showing the kids how to defend themselves from this ppl... If you search a lil bit more of what all the shoes at the end, specially the red ones, means in this pedophilia groups you will understand more that part. Its a very CLEAR and STRONG MSG, We just need to open our eyes!!!
