I guess almost nobody understands what being part of Athletic Club means. Nico Williams is not going to join Barcelona unless Barcelona are willing to pay him his high wages that he's demanding and Barça are trying to reduce their wage bill. On top of that Atletico Bilbao don't want to Negotiate they only want 58m in full which Barcelona don't have. And also Barcelona will have to pay commission to his family and signing bonus and 300k wages per week
