In all reality it's tuning. Spinning crane kick needs tuned, possibly make gale force last a little longer, possibly more than 5 stacks of mark and black out kick not hitting like a wet noodle. In all reality ww's single target isn't bad.
I mean its cool and all and educational... But we need a guide on how to even get invited to a key as a ww monk... :D Pushing ur own key doesnt work - pugs just fail it everytime :D
Unfortunately the best way to get into a key after a certain point is to not play Windwalker. Most groups prefer to invite the meta comp for a higher chance of timing the key, and that is just the reality of it. Unless you're willing to sit in que for hours for a chance, it really doesn't make much sense. Here are a few ways I think that help me get into higher M+ pugs. - Have higher IO than typically required for the key - Get lucky and form a group for your own key and push it up - Have a group that you push IO with and on days where you don't push together try to fill the lowest keys you have Ultimately the best way to experience M+ is through a static group because you end learning the dungeons together and your time isn't wasted. If you push with a group you will for the most part be ahead of the IO curve and get accepted into the keys you don't time with your group because your IO is 50-100 points higher than the key holder.
Our design has too many short buffs that stack and take time to reach high stacks, in order to be useful. Starting the fight on a big aoe pack with a long fof and then having to press rsk feels like a super waste of time. Instead of having your damage upfront, you have your weakest fof on start, because of many other buffs not being present. By the time you get all your buffs, the pack is dead. Considering how often Blizz is adjusting classes these days, it's a shame they ignored us for such a long time. I don't understand why they're ignoring ww, especially when the other 2 specs of the class aren't doing great either. The season is almost over, interest in m+ has gone down and we're still one of the worst dps for dungeons.
It's useless mate. Choosing to main my ww this season was a huge mistake. Even with the latest buffs, we can't compete with most other melees. Our design is just bad for aoe. Blizzard messed up with this design. The gameplay feels nice but the damage isn't there. Add to that the fact our interrupt is melee, while other melees have a ranged one, the fact that interrupt can't be used while channelling fof or sck, and you realise we're at a big disadvantage compared to other melees.
After the buff we're way better in keys. You won't be able to beat an enhance with AUG + PI, but thats to be expected. Not being able to kick during fof is easy to play around, just kick before you use it. I'm not sure what you're referring useless to? I've played Windwalker since DF S1 and I've enjoyed it.

ww damage is very low, it's extremely horrible as it is. Blizz needs to review this

They really need to increase the damage of SCK and dance of chi-ji and its fixed
