They do but it’s only like 2weeks long to give you some basics. Mine were with Laura, she’s the sweetest and was an amazing teacher. I learned from studying and practicing. Any word I didn’t understand throughout the day I’d write them down and look them up when I got home and study new phrases. It takes practice and not being afraid of making mistakes to learn
Hello, my wife is going to CIB this september. We are looking for an apt but it seems that for know she will have to share a room. We have spoken with the school and they helped, but wanted to ask you since i guess you are not from spain. Oh we live in the states, Alabama. Thank you
Hi yea I’m done, no job offers guaranteed. You have to find your own accommodation:) hope this helps. Feel free to contact me through my socials if you have any more questions 🤍✨
@@saltpndesal7330 I didn't really speak spanish when I first got here. But, it really is essential that you make an effort to learn the basics. The classes are challenging, but not impossible if you don't understand spanish. They have a "google translate" screen during class. It's not perfect, but you'll be able to understand the gist. They have online resources as well to aid with classes. But, I think that you'll pick up spanish as you go when you're here as well. Hope that helps.
@@saltpndesal7330 Choosing a school a personal choice. For me i had already went through a University experience and I felt that's all the CIA had to offer.. they charge really high to run you through a program. I wanted a new location from the US. I wanted a culinary location influenced by many different cultures. I chose CIB because everyone knows my name and I know everyone else's. I find that I learn best in intimacy and small classes and less pressure. But, I like that here they challenge your way of thinking to tackle real life problems... no other school is really taking that head on. Here they teach you to think... not just memorize recipes or techniques. Which is why I chose CIB. You can learn to cook anywhere.. on youtube or a masterclass. But, experience and application is where the value is.
So glad someone is making content on the behind the scenes of CIB! Thinking of applying there soon!
Hope you do, it’s a great school:)
Thanks for this! I’m gonna save up and enroll soon so seriously, thanks!
Hope you enjoy it!
Bro this is awesome finally someone is posting what the classes look like the things you do and the people I love your content.
