How to make this Metal Art Steam Roller with really moving parts!

This metal art Steam Roller is made by Brutus Metal Art using an old Pfaff Sewing Machine.
I used a lot off parts from the antique Pfaff sewing machine and some parts off the steam roller can move.

What type clear you use in???

The clear coating is from a local shop, cheap but very good.
No brand name on it, sorry.
