This is "Choiceless Awareness" and this is so hard for people to do, we're so deeply immersed in judging, commentig, comparing, liking , disliking, etc. namely activities of the mind, it's an ancient habit that we've inherited. And like any habit it will be hard to overcome you know how this goes, take smoking for example or different food for breakfast, the mind will immediately object to that, for it wants its own habitual ways.However, with persistence and perseverance and observation without any commentaries of the mind, it's possible. Mooji knows what he's talking about, surely he's done it himself. So, much luck in your endeavors.

The mantra "I" hurts and then peace comes about. But it takes psychological time. Stay as your Self. Deepen within it. It has no end. The peace will only grow but first it will be difficult. It comes in waves. At times the self quiets down and then fights back but this is necessary to discovery the deeper parts of this "I". It is a portal to heaven.
