Can you do one that talks about all the other spins you can transition into from this spin that look cool or best preserve momentum? Like layback/attitude, sit, hairsplitter, to back spin? Also can you also tell me why coaches are so vehemently against spinning both ways? I am learning as an adult age 35 and can spin both ways, and i see it as getting double practice and not having to wait while you are dizzy and also not developing muscle imbalances. It also makes for a more well rounded athlete. The sport is a bit of a dinosaur to encourage one side only. In water polo you practice throwing and catching and shooting with both arms. In swimming you breathe on both sides. In gymnastics, you learn to cartwheel both ways. Switch hitters are envied in baseball.
I camed here... But I fought that I don't know how to stretch flexible body yet ಠಗಠ So I'mma go watch from the 1 year one but I little lazy plus I haven't finish my homework QvQ
The name of this spin should be something cooler like swan or dove or spinning bird kick or anything. For a sport where people look for beauty they call it a camel...*shrug**spits like a Camel*
In italian we call It "trottola angelo" So Angel Spin😊 In french i know it's called pirouette Avion, so Airplane spin 😂 Camel yes doesn't sound that Much Beautiful at all😅
