sorry, but killstealing does not exist. The target of the game is that your team kills 15 tanks. And every gun in the game is a threat for your team. I know it is annoying when a teammember gets the kill seconds before your shot (especially short before top gun), but this is the game.

wargaming recently released a page on their website about which mods are and which mods aren't illegal, in that list of illegal mods, the reload timer was also there, so it's illegal, and ever user of the mod will get a notification, if you don't uninstall it within a 7-day period, you will get your account suspended forever. So it's a warning as you may have found out yourself now...
