Having a lead that communicates is pivotal. Along with having squads that can follow requests and orders.
That’s what’s hard about this game. You get people who don’t know what they are doing and don’t have mics to communicate or listen

One of the single most frustrating parts of this game are the squads who want to stay on locked points because the enemy are there, please just leave them on the locked point, they are in the wrong place and not impacting the game play, they may take down the defensive garrison, but that can be replaced once theyve gone (you must do this) but do not kill them they are in the wrong place and essentially out of the game. The only two points that matter are the points adjacent to the the "front line" .
"These guys are really good".
"These guys are really good at building garrisons".
It's really a shame that being "good" sometimes is doing slightly-less stupid shit, or doing something stupid, but with better timing than your opponent. You asked your team 100x to do the right thing, and 9/10 times they didn't. I like new players, and I respect that not everyone is going to be a tactician. But if you're new, or not a tactician - just fucking listen to the 300+ commander. You're a patient man, Crane.
Haven't ever played commander, but this makes me want to try 👍
Go for it man, i practice in lower player count servers so it's less overwhelming, like servers with seeding rules
just build defensive garries and back up garries and you'll be better than 90% of commander mains. even if you say absolutely nothing or do nothing else but that

Hey Crane, great game, just a note, I think you should mute the game sound at the scoreboard, it mixes with the classic music and does not sound very well.
Other than that, great gameplay, finally you found the right amount of interesting moments and commander lecture-gameplay. Keep it up!
In order to play the game music, I have to put in some sort of background music to avoid copyright. May figure something out, sometimes I just mute it.

Crane do you have outro music playing at the same time the game’s music is playing? I always hear some piano playing at the end and was wondering if that was intentional.
Yeah I have to do that to avoid copyright. May just have to stick to outro music that isn't copyrighted. But I like the iconic game music.

people rarely volunteer. which leads to. "alpha can u go defense?" silence.... "bravo can you go defense?" .... silence... etc etc. just a waste of energy and it clogs comms.
if the team hears "we are losing the point fall back to defence" and nobody does it, thats on the team, not the commander for not specifically saying who should fall back.
