After second cleaning cycle, the density of the white ink also improved. This is another common problem with white inks on DTF, usually after one cleaning cycle the standard print check only prints lines and if all lines are printed most people start printing. But you instead used all available colors plus white, showing a better status of ink within the printheads. As a standard practice now, we usually run two clean cycles after each weekend. I also really like you using orange and green colors, I am sure you can get very close to those color targets. Usually we inform our customers about how close the print colors will be to their actual pantone values. Use of Fluorescent Yellow and Magenta gonna produce some interesting results. Good video sharing your SOPs.
Did you just get the HJD? I'm not sure what components are in the newer machines. The shaker has been pretty straight forward. Just takes some time to get used to printing a full run.
Love your page brother! I’m a small time designer looking for a printer to have a home for dtf prints. any recommendations? Again I’m small time but I got super dope designs. Would like to be able to print some dtfs !
Hello! I’m a Maintop user. I hope you can help me with my problem. It seems like my softwares (Maintop and Hosonsoft) are not picking up the CONTRACT I made in Photoshop. Thanks in advance!

Do you have a video on doing an alignment with an HJD printer?
Can you give some instructions on the shaker/dryer please. I have the HJD 2 head printer with shaker/dryer.

@@transfersuperstars yes. The printer is up & running. Do you know what heat to set it on? Speed of shaker?
Favorite place to buy your powder from? DTF Pro has been out of the 10lb forever, and I'm tired of buying the smaller bags.
We get ours overseas but dtfpro uses the same brand we use.
How do I set the media clamp so that, the printing media won’t raised
What whisker is that? Do you happen to have a link?
Do you have any videos on how to use the maintop software?
We don't unfortunately. We use maintop but don't love it. We're looking into different programs at this time.

We use commercial printers at this time and wouldn’t be able to advise on a good at-home printer
Where do you purchase your fluorescent inks? Which DTGpro inks do you use?
We get our fluorescent inks overseas
Dtfsuperstore has them as well
I’m also interesting in the ink company name 😊

In photoshop, name your white spot channel very carefully. It should be uppercase.
@@transfersuperstars Thanks! I will try this later. Have a great day!
