I missed the British ceremony but i am honoured and glad i that i saw the Canadian tribute..... As a Brit living in Canada i just want to say thank you to all Canadians for putting this together you couldnt o done a better job! What an amazing country you are! Canada & UK share unbreakable ties and bonds,,,,,, and this video showed that.... May our friendship long continue and our commonwealth live on ! RIP Prince Philip & God Save The Queen!

The strings and keyboard performance of Amazing Grace at 47:40 by the students at Applebee College in Oakville is a treat for the ears and the soul - worthy of its own posting easily.
Absolutely agree Larry Webster. I have never heard a more beautiful rendition in my life being moved to tears multiple times. Kudos to the musical arranger and the students for a note perfect performance. I have managed to create a copy of just this performance and would love to post it to make it go viral. Just not sure about copyright and mentioning credit to CBC and performers as have never done this before.

In my own personal opinion, We revered,respect and give a Royal British funeral service to His Royal Highness called our late British Prince Philip simply because most of our 10 precious Provinces ( excluding the province of Quebec) and our 3 beloved Territories called Canada ( True North Strong and Free) is a former British Commonwealth nation,country and state.And the reason why I've mentioned Canada ( True North Strong and Free) is a former British Commonwealth nation,country and state is also simply because all our fellow Canadians were granted Canadian Independence during the 1980's decade by the British Empire, MsBabs1964!!!

Because it makes me feel identity more in where I'm from, I'm proud to be British and having a royal family that carry out responsibilities for the us - the people. The Duke of Edinburgh award upped education here in the UK and a lot of work they do through the Royal Trust is for the people of the UK. They are there to unify our country and to keep peace, law, order and democracy.
