The contestants (which are local celebrities) are going to be given a random Local or International Singer whom they will try to immitate (The voice, the adlibs, the movements, the looks by using makeup and prosthetics). Then they will be judged after their performance. The prize will not go to the winner but to their chosen charity. So basically they're performing every week to help out charities. :)

I personally dislike this tv show. They use prosthetic and make-up to try to facially impersonate people and they do a pretty shitty job at it. Also, they do blackface. Although they might not understand the historical context from their perspective, it still feels a bit iffy to me. Also did I mention the shitty facial prosthetic and horrendous make-up?
