This Shredder is pretty cool. I would agree that he does look closer to the toon version of Shredder. I would also argue that the Wacky Action Turtles are better representations of the cartoon Turtles than the "Toon Turtles" that Playmates released. Great pickup! I'd love to get my hands on one of the mousers from this line someday.
Playmates needs to reissue more of the wacky action series of toys. Hopefully the fact that we recently got the Toilet Taxi is a sign that they will.

I'd argue that the Mousers are better troop builders than the Foot Clan Soliders since there's less parts you have to worry about
