They're called ratchet straps - we (DIY Marquees) sell them along with straps for attaching to the marquee or you can purchase normal ratchet straps that would do the job from many auto factor outlets.

+Jas Oloa I'm afraid we do not ship to Australia (we're based in the UK), you can still buy from us but you would need to arrange shipping yourself. A 6x12m Commercial DIY Marquee takes up approx 2 cubic metres and weighs approx 400kg.

+Brenda Delgado Hi Ramon, I'm sorry no we don't repair marquees. Generally it is cheaper just to replace the single component involved.
can i ask how long it take to put up?
