I’ve discovered this 2 ingredient dough recipe last week and I’ve been making pizza for the whole week hahaha I like to add some black pepper and salt with the flour for some extra flavor and add some olive oil using a brush on the crust. It is pretty good and easy to make.. Highly recommend this if you are a pizza fan
That 2 ingredient pizza dough works great. Been doing it that way for years. HERE IS A HINT If you don't have any Greek yogurt just use 3/4 cups of milk and a table spoon of vinegar
This just popped into my feed thank you for the simplest video without over talking your presentation 😊 This was the first time I seen pizza made without the pizza sauce. I’m definitely going for this one. Thank you again.
I’ve just made this and it taste heaven. However recommend cook the base for 10 min in advance then bring it out add your ingredients then cook it for another 15 min
yea great idea i thought as the bottom wouldn't be as crispy, i saw this done on Jamie Oliver , he put the dough in a lightly oiled oven proof frying pan on the hob for around 3 mins on low so the botton got nicely cooked and crispy then topped it of his choice then popped it in a hot oven to cook the top for about 15 mins..........ua-cam.com/video/K2RB1KcNtAM/v-deo.html
If you let your dough set and “rise” for about 30 minutes to warm up and absorb flour you won’t need extra flour. Your pizza or bagels will be fluffier
I know your a pro by the way you made that statement, I'm wondering could this be done if you made the yogurt more of a liquid add the flour and then pour it into a greased pan let it sit in a warm place to rise then pop it in the oven until it's lightly done" take it out let it cool down then add topping and put it back in to finish baking? please reply
The genius thing about cooking, baking, etc is creativity. If you want sauce, add it. It's that simple. If you don't have the proper tool, improvise. You don't have to always be so rigid about things. After all,we learn from our mistakes and cheer about our successes.Relax and enjoy the journey.
Well.....I'm am literally sitting here as we speak eating this pizza!!! And I love it! So easy, quick, and I added a few yummies on top. But the basil and the crust absolutely make it awesome! Thank you so much. I was starving and able to make this really quickly!
As I was watching this, I kept thinking, sure, but when I saw the end result, I had to admit, it looked damn good. As much as I'm Old School, I'm still going to give this a shot. Thanks
One good thing about being on lock down is I have plenty of time to learn how to cook. And as I love garlic pizza bread I'm going to have a go at making this. Even though I don't cook lol!
Tried it last night, and was totally amazed, I'll never order pizza again. I did add a little extra olive oil on top before sitting it aside to rise, once rolling it was less sticky and rolled smoothly.
🍕🎥👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍒on top wow best video🥈🥉 I've seen so far I'm tryin to learn how to make any type of bread in the oven thank you have a great day I'm 59👵♎🕊 never to old to learn 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I like this vid
Thanks so much! When my son (the chef, darn him!) told me about this crust recipe, he left out all the pertinent details - like how hot and how long. So I asked another son, who just said "as hot as it gets" but - again, left out how long. Third son never answered the text. Wanna be adopted? :-)
i have tried this, i switched greek yogurt to plain yogurt because greek yogurt is expensive here. then i baked first the dough without topping until it golden brown. take it out, put the topping and baked again. ☺
Greel yogurt and plain yogurt? 🤣 the original yogurt is not what they sell in the shops nowadays as "Greek yogurt", I believe the plain yogurt you speak of is what yogurt should be. You think in the past 100 years ago or in Italy people used "Greek yogurt" from the supermarket to make pizza? 🤣 ANY yogurt will work including the yogurt people used to make at home.
I made this, and it needed way more flavor for me! I put Italian seasoning in my kitchen aide and some parmesan cheese and it mixed nicely into the dough! It gave it some more flavor, I really like traditional pizza dough, because I like the yeast flavor that this is lacking, but this works in a pinch!😉
Cool. I like pizza without sauce. That crust looks great and I'm going to try it soon. The oil from the mozzarella seems perfectly fine enough to oil the dough. Thanks for this! I'm subbing!
Brilliant recipe, thank you so much. I like that you put dried basil on - sometimes you cannot find the fresh (which is better), it does not keep well and so dried is a great option. Thank you again. I loved that it was really striaghtforward and without ten minutes of preamble.
No pizza stone so I used a cast iron skillet; worked great, picture perfect. Next time I'll roll it out on parchment paper so it is easier to move to the hot skillet. I think this is the best pizza crust I've ever made.
I made this pizza and was very surprised that it turned out very well. I followed the gentleman instructions just as he made his pizza. The difference with my pizza was that I added sauce, sweet sauage, pepperoni, and cheese. I baked mine on a pizza pan 12" pan. I rolled out my dough more thin and the crust was fine. I am going to try different things next time to try and make a much better pizza. However, I want to thank you for sharing the recipe, I had my doubts but it was perfect. A very fast way to make a good tasting pizza. Yeah, Greek yogurt is very expensive, so next time I will use plain yogurt. Everybody, this recipe works, taste great, and is very quick to make.
Great idea for a quick pizza, tks.i put mixed herbs, pinch of salt and pepper, garlic with the flour and yoghurt, then made the dough, left to rest 15 minutes, then rolled out, then sprinkled with semolina flour, added my toppings , came out perfectly crusty.
Quite often when I'm cooking, I don't feel like waiting for the rise and fall of civilization and I've been looking for recipe without the annoying wait time. So, I thank you for this quick and easy recipe!
Good recipe...I would have liked to have seen you slide that pizza off that wooden pizza peel...wanted to see how easily it would have slid off... did it slide off easy? just curious because it sure looked really soft like it would have bunched up. just curious. still a nice simple 2 ingredient dough recipe and very good simple toppings. thanx!!
Spray that with a little olive oil, or sprinkle it, mo flavor mo flavor. I like the way you try to help people who might not have the ingredients on hand. How did you get your pizza off the paddle, I thought your suppose to put corn meal or something to help slide it off. It true what they say, less is more. It looks like you did put some oil on the crust, nice en brown.
Yes I did add some cornmeal to my paddle to help slide the pizza off. When I am filming these, I forget to add/mention steps haha. Thank you for watching. :)
Tell viewers new to cooking you must flour the paddle and transfer the raw pizza to a pan or stone in baking step. They may try to bake on the wooden paddle instead.
I've tried it. Definitely easier than yeast dough. It's good, but a bit crumbly. Doesn't hold as well nor does it have the chewy consistency of yeast dough.
Question if the dough still is a little too sticky would you just add more flour to get it like yours? I am having a little trouble getting it perfect.

That’s a great idea, I did this today in a skillet with a different recipe, dress it up more halfway through and pop it back in.
Gassbagger woods .
I always pre toast my dough before assembling.
Nice Idea ,I tried and works better

a pizza crust can't look any better than that

Thanks again. This came out great!!!
I have had a hard time making pizza dough myself and this teaches me an easy lifelong recipe I can ever make at home. I really love this video
Need some garlic infused butter to dip the crust in. That would top this off! Good job.
Nice touch...but that's NOT part of the "pizza making"
Thank you for your informative video. My wife and I used it to help us make pizza........fantastic

What are my 3 sons doing at YOUR house? I was wondering where they went!
Until it's done :P
This is my favorite pizza dough. And so much quicker and easier than the yeast kind.
Kow long
Check out no knead pizza dough with yeast, it's equally easy but tastier. You do need to mix the ingredients the day before though.
Just made this tonight with my kids. Turned out amazing. Thanks.

Did you have any problems with the dough? I used a regular all-purpose and added baking powder with Greek Gods plain yogurt.
Only in moving it to the skillet but the parchment paper solved that@@mrgreenbudz37
That is very awesome! I will try to do that myself! Thank you very much keep up the good work! May God-bless you and your family always amen..
thanks for this recipe its the best pizza dough i ever make it turned out wonderful
I've made this before and it works and it's good!

GREEK yogurt has more protein
A cup is around a dollar or less
depending on brand
& around 15 protein a serving
I make this dough a lot. I love the tanginess the yogurt gives it. Almost tastes similar to a sour dough.

So simple no need extra ingredients to make it superb pizza. Beautiful
Very nice.. I will definitely going to try it.. I have a question.. Can i use plain yogurt
Pizza looks great. Can I use ricotta cheese mixed with self rise flour instead of yogurt? I have some ricotta I want to use up.
Great LOCKDOWN FOR COVID 19 recipe. Thanks I'll send the recipe to my Grannkidz!
this recipe has been all over the internet. works well for bagels, and many other things!
Thanks for sharing this recipe, can't wait to try it
tried this recently and it works well, thanks.
before you add ingredients on top of dough, rub a little olive oil on the bottom of the dough. Trust me. It's worth it. :)
Terry Lee: I agree, but I do like to use a garlic press and squeeze it into the oil. A little goes a long way.
Do you mean under the pizza bottom or on top of the dough before the ingredients are put on?
@@leahjordan2575 On the bottom
I'm going to put some sauce on mine... Yours looks good though. Thanks for the upload.

I’ve made this recipe for yrs. got it from Simple Cooking channel. I spread butter then top with sliced tomatoes , cheese and garlic ...awesome.

Carol Napolitano.... spray? Drizzle some of ya good stuff cause it ain't no pizza without olive oil
I like Italian dressing, instead of the plain olive oil. Adds a LOT more flavor.
Mmmmm...self rising flour...looks good
That rolling pin though😆👍💕 Simplicity is where it’s at
Awesome flavor... easy too. Thanks!!
Tell viewers new to cooking you must flour the paddle and transfer the raw pizza to a pan or stone in baking step. They may try to bake on the wooden paddle instead.
Use cornmeal, not flour.
Looks yummy and much better than one can buy, great job.
So quick, easy and simple to make using a few fresh ingredients. Thank you so mcuh
O gosh
Looks so nice 👍
This looked good in the end! I have to try this...
Can't wait to try this! Thanks 👍
I am going to have that one .Can I use regular all purpose flour and put dry yest??
We need to hear the pizza CRUNCH*** sound! How soft it is and tender it is on the inside. You should take a bite and show us. I love that part!!!
Pizza dough, bread, bread with cheese, bread with herbs the list is endless I made two different types of bread using this method just for xmas alone
I use plain bread then put sauce cheese and sometimes pepperoni then put it in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes and it slaps
I tried this and it tasted amazing. TFS. Stay connected 😊
A Beautiful tutorial, thank you.
Interesting. Definitely going to try it. Thank you for posting.
I've tried it. Definitely easier than yeast dough. It's good, but a bit crumbly. Doesn't hold as well nor does it have the chewy consistency of yeast dough.

I'm gonna try this one. thanks for sharing this.
It looks delicious, will definitely try it. Please also tell us how to make a wholewheat pizza dough?
Looks yummy! Thanx for sharing!
Hi this looks both simple and tasty. Out of interest how long roughly do you have to knead the dough for?
I don't really have a time frame, its just kneaded until the it comes together and smooth.
It looks amazing. Nice Gold tint))
So to use the stone, do you heat it first? Do you rub oil on it, or flour before crust? Thanks.
