You should add an option in the app to disable the LED. Also, a time feature would be super dope, closes automatically at night and reopens in the morning.
The Led idea I think I'm going to add to it, however, the risk of flashing my neighbors is a little high if I add a timer so I think I'm going to exclude that from the next version.
Great work buddy ... but save yourself some ink and just print with a stroke rather than a fill on your templates next time :D PS. 3d printers are overrated ... lasers FTW :D ;)
I am using an arduino uno and I am only doing motors. No push button and no Led. Objective is to turn motors via Bluetooth (Hc-06). When I make edits to the code to take out push button, LED, and going to only one motor I cannot get the motor to work. I am using a motor controller that does have the enables. Could you help me?
Brilliant. You have simplified this beautifully by thinking it all through - all the essentials are there, but not over-cooked like so many others. Now, please do an industrial design course, 'cos it's all waaaay too ugly. 😁😁 It's a shame you've stopped posting dude.
@@BuildItnow Wow - I didn't think you'd be still monitoring your feed. Work always gets in the way, but I can only encourage you if you ever got motivated again - I like how you make things as straight forward as you do. Still in SA?
@@jonathanm9436 Cheers! Yeah still in SA actually developing low cost robotics kits/platforms for low income schools locally. Work does always get in the way but im lucky enough to have joined an industry similar to the projects I used to make on this channel!
@@BuildItnow That you are employed in a field you are obviously interested in is just fantastic. Good for you. And the school project sounds like a marvellous initiative - too many low income kids miss out on the fundamentals, let alone robotics. Very inspiring. Now, sir, its 11:30pm in Canberra, so time for sleep. It's been very nice chatting. Cheers, Jonathan

Best reply ever! "Flashing my neighbors"... Keep up the great vids!
Thanks!
Very nice! The ingenuity in making the case was great! Has an appealing aesthetic!

Did you put the 9V power supply to VIN and GND pins at Arduino, or some else. What do you recommend - USB power or 9V adapter for running arduino?
Holy crap, i found gold on this channel. I'm a fan
Congratulations on 2k subs bro!
You are Awesome!! please post a video on how to build an audible watch (watch that speaks)?
Solid editing. This feels like it has a decent production value 🙂
Really great project! I like your style of editing
Thank you!
What app are you using for all these controls? I would like to make a custom home automation environment.

Why not use the built in pull-up resistors?
A great project!
Mate, absolutely top quality shit. Respect from NYC
what if someone manually opens or closes the blinds without using the controls?
i love it
Nice job thanks for the info .
No problemo
You should save a headache and use software serial to avoid upload issue a
It would be cool to connect and it to Alexa

Hey thanks! Unfortunately works been keeping me busy, I have been working on some projects, hopefully soon I’ll get some time to post them.

What the app you use ?
+Сергей Фокин Arduino Bluetooth Control by Broxcode
Thanks!
Can you help me with project
What do you need help with?
Can i email you
Can you teach me that lie detection
I want to make this but I know nothing about arduinos... I just know programming.
You don't need that much knowledge. Of Arduino to create this project all you need to know is the basics.
Jabber-jabber-jabber... Blood from the ears...
First.
