2024.12.19 歐美青年為敦促各國政府積極有效對抗全球暖化所發起的「週五護未來」運動 （The Movement of "Fridays for Future")

「週五護未來」運動原名為「Fridays For Future」 ，當初，歐美青年之所以會發起該運動的主要原因，乃意在敦促各國政府積極解決「全球暖化」的問題。2018年8月20日，當時還是瑞典九年級學生的 Greta Thunberg 決定罷課，要求瑞典政府依照《巴黎協定》減少碳排放。首場全球性的罷課於2019年3月15日舉行，來自125個國家的100萬名罷課學生總共舉行了2200場罷課活動。在「週五護未來」的全球性浪潮中，台灣其實沒有缺席。有些台灣學生甚至設立了「Fridays for Future Taiwan」的 Facebook 社團，教師團體甚至發出通知，呼籲大家一起來響應「週五護未來」的活動。
The "Fridays for Future" movement was originally named "Fridays For Future". The main reason why young people in Europe and the United States launched the movement was to urge governments to actively address the problem of "global warming". On August 20, 2018, Greta Thunberg, then a ninth-grade student in Sweden, decided to strike to demand that the Swedish government reduce carbon emissions in accordance with the Paris Agreement. The first global strike took place on March 15, 2019, with 1 million striking students from 125 countries holding a total of 2,200 strikes. Taiwan is not absent from the global wave of "Fridays for Future". Some Taiwanese students even set up a Facebook group called "Fridays for Future Taiwan", and teacher groups even issued a notice calling on everyone to respond to the "Fridays for Future Taiwan" event.
