@@TheVanna220 I’m 3 months into my loc journey on short hair, I just stopped wearing wigs 2 weeks ago. I wore wigs because I was afraid of what others might say about my hair. I got way more attention with the wigs and felt like people accepted me. I asked the question because I was looking for inspiration to stop covering my hair and thinning out my locs before they can even developed.
I started with freeform parting system on short hair and would cover with scarfs and turban like head covers. Then I changed the parting system in the front. I added a side part and have been wearing it out ever since. I tie it up at night instead of the bonnet because it keeps the locs in the down position. If not there would be alot of em sticking up like antennas on my head! Lol I love my hair now! I'm 8 months in with 4c hair. Hope this helps u! Happy Locking! 🙏🏾

When do you think you’ll get comfortable enough to not cover them with wigs and weave ?
It’s not about comfort it’s about versatility… do you wear the same outfit everyday???

Its not always about hiding while thier in the beginning you cant really style em there is nothing wrong with wigs she didnt overly wear them
