Volunteering for the Hitoyoshi floods In Kumamoto, Japan

I volunteered to go and help with the victims of the Hitoyoshi floods in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was very devastating to see what people had lost due to the floods however, the people there are brave and have strong wills. They keep moving forward and the town is already thriving.
It just made me see how what you hold so dear and be gone right in front of you. However, you do not have to stay put and sad forever, instead work to moving on and letting go.
