The Club House was built by CHOATE Construction TODAY: The Home Owners elect the HOA board as we are self governed. I'm one of the first homes here at VDC (November 9th, 2006) VDC was the 1st Del Webb property in Georgia, since 2006 to date as we now have 5 Del Webb communities in Georgia. I have visited everyone and they do not come close to what this community offers as amenities and location and security. From the foothills of the Georgia Mountains, to a 4 1/2 hour drive to the Coast, 50 miles to the largest International airports, 7 hours to a Cruse Ship terminal in Florida and the interstate within a mile from your front door. Best Location, Best neighbors, best everything.
