This hits hard. I am currently interviewing and can understand how broken the interview processes are.
But all we can do is keep pushing and one day we'll reach the point where it just clicks.💪

Great points you made! Thank you for the video! Many of these things can be applied to life in general as well as software developing. I have learned many of these points just living my life not in relation to any career or job. I'm glad there are people like you who would spread the wisdom of experience to make things easier for them (if they decide to follow the advice lol)

This is so good. I was telling myself the interview process is broken and I'll get a job because I have strong development skills. But I wont get anythying other than freelance works. I am gonna spend a lot of time on DSA now
I am graduating in a month and still I dont have a good job. I have gotten some offers but I hate those

oh, bro, I can't imagine what you have passed to come to this conclusion. I mean, most of them are true, but I believe you just miss a cool team leader on your path, and I wish you to meet one shortly so you can see that there are still peoples out there who cares for you, even if you're just an employee, coworker or stranger. Thanks for the video ❤

hey there, I have no doubt there are tons of good people out there who care :) And I've met a few dozens, but I had my share of bad experiences (like most developers out there) that taught me a lot, cheers ❤️

As the job-space becomes more competitive, we'll se a divide in the labor market. Between those that are build for this, and those who are not.
This is because there are not enough developer jobs. So that candidates have to compete for the same job. As we all become better at programming, the standard for a job becomes higher until the amount of available jobs is equal to the amount of developers capable of reaching the required skill level.
    TLDR:
IT"S GONNA BE A BUMPY RIDE BOIS

yes and no :) this is a very interesting discussion, and I think you have a point, yet the amount of jobs will also get increased, the pie is getting bigger and bigger, I am preparing a video just about that

It's weird, I used to hate putting time into getting better. I liked to go on dates, spent time with friends, and game.
But lately i just want to study and work. I don't know which way to go now. Either focus on my work and study. Or focus on my physique and (girl)friends.

I guess it depends on the timelines, I like to do 3 months and 3 moths, like 3 months very focused on learning, improvement etc, and 3 moths more balanced (hobbies, travelling, gf, etc)
