In today's video totally unique winter spearfishing experience. While normal people stay in their warm homes i decided to test out my new Salvimar Wet Drop 7mm winter wetsuit (Review coming soon). The sea temperature was 14°C and i don't have neoprene gloves yet so my palms were cold most of the time. Today's spearfishing method is hole scanning so guns used were band powered Cressi Sioux 60 and pneumatic Cressi SL 70 later in the video. Almost all of the holes were full of smaller fish. Saw a few small scorpion fish and a small grouper but nothing worth catching. I also found some beautiful lobsters but unfortunately they're protected by the law in Croatia so i couldn't harvest them. I didn't catch anything but it was one of the kind experience and i enjoyed it anyway.

Yo hey i have a question for you. Do you need to have a license whit you while you are hunting? Or is it enough to just have one registered to your name somewhere on the shore or something?
In Croatia you need to have it on you plus your ID otherwise you're in trouble...Best to store those on your buoy which is also mandatory.

@@S.H.A.R.K.O.W not too bad yes, even if I have to get deeper and deeper ... I didn't know lobsters are protected (never saw one, only sea spiders). Do you know where I could find the list of protected species?
They gave me the list with the license i bought but i'm sure it should be online somewhere 😎

Is use of underwater light legal over there?
Absolutely! But you can only dive from sunrise to sunset with it...Anything other you're in trouble if you get caught 😎

Teško je preporučit jer ima puno faktora 😁 Cressi Sioux 60 laštikača je super za rupe s ostima 🔱

Croatia...It really depends on a lot of factors and usually the biggest basses are caught in summer :)

I was the last three summer in east istria (kvarner bay) and only saw three bass and the
anglers said that it is hard from shore in the summer and that they are coming close to the shore in the winter
Always wondert where the seabass are migrating

@@moritzdreesen6300 Thanks! Same wishes to u :) They always seemed a lot smarter and paranoid in winter like they run away immediately...In summer their approach is a lot more confident :)
Od kad je limit za kirnju 1kg?Zar niije 45cm?
45cm je tačno! 😁 1kg je ona sigurna težina da je 100% dovoljno duga 😎
gleda se po dužini, kirnja od 1kg će imati jedva 40-45. 2kg barem bi trebala imat, a na natjecanjima se ne priznaje ispod 3kg
Mislim da je bio hlap ili Karlo a ne jastog.

@@S.H.A.R.K.O.W Hlap i jastog nisu isti rakovi. Hlap ima velika kliješta, jastog ih nema. Razumijem problem zbog prijevoda.
