Queers & Comics Keynote: Alison Bechdel

Headlining the conference Queers & Comics, acclaimed cartoonist Alison Bechdel gives a keynote talk with a digital presentation (May 8, 2015). Bechdel is the bestselling author of Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic, Dykes to Watch Out For, and Are You My Mother? A Comic Drama. The musical version of Fun Home won the 2015 Tony Award for Best Musical.

I think it was pretentious compared to Fun Home. And it read like an only-words-piece, she could have taken out all the drawings and I wouldn't have cared. I was pretty disapointed by it and I forced myself to finish it.

I admire Alison Bechdel and I love her in interviews but you have a pretty good playlist named "SEX" and now I´m very invested in what you have to say (I´m not even being sarcastic)
