Dude, you're insane. Easily in my top 5 drummers of all time, Centralia completely changed my perspective on what was possible in music in general and you've just kept topping it over the years. I won't gush too much but thank you for all the amazing music you guys keep putting out and I hope you have a great new year!
The grunt/scream at 1:12 actually made me laugh the first time I heard this song years ago, such a sick transition. Still probably my favorite album of theirs but everything is awesome. Definitely recommend seeing them live if possible and also checking out the singer's old band "Neck" which is also very cool. Their drummer has his own channel on youtube "Elliot Hoffman," where he posts random stuff, definitely deserves more exposure.
Crossed Car Bomb off my bucket list of bands to see this year. My jaw was dropped for an hour straight... Some of the craziest guitar work live sounded like it was being played off of the album. Incredible band
Holy crap this is absolutely intense bass drum work. Shout out to that guys calves. *cough* spasm by Meshuggah *cough*. (Sorry it’s become a thing now lol). Keep it up. I love diving through the insane amount of drumming knowledge you have
Hey Yogev! Have you seen the movie “The Power Of The Dog” yet? If you haven’t I totally recommend it; anyways, in the original score of that movie there’s a piece that uses polyrhythms in a interesting way, it’s called “Paper Flowers” by Jonny Greenwood you should check it out! Greetings 👽
The video I always wanted but was too lazy to make!!!!! Cheers mang!!!

I totally agree !
For any guitarists/bassists wanting to playing along - tuning is Bb standard (6-string, guitar)
Nice one..
@@johannschiel6734 greg the guitarist actually does use a 6 string baritone so he’s not far off lol.

Great analysis, great band! Ever considered analysing Intronaut? Songs like "Sore Sight for Eyes" and "Eventual" are simply a treat to listen to
You're the man, your videos are so helpful. Would love to see you break down some Cloudkicker songs!
My word! Triumph is yours!
*My handy dandy headbanging abacus never fails me every single time I blast this track.*
Fantastic!
Thank you thank you for this! I will watch it 100 times today!

@@YogevGabay maybe some richard devine stuff?^^but why analysing random sequencer? because you can or maybe you can not...
@@YogevGabay i may or may not be giving you my blessing in your incredibly difficult endeavor (possibly)
@@nottrevorallen hahhahaha sounds fair
It'd be cool to see a breakdown of some songs by Pound.
I was thinking while watching the other video that you should tie all the bits together. Great minds eh.
Perfect!

oh oh... if only I knew hahahahaha

"This is so cool but also what" is Car Bombs genre.
