I was told by three medium workers that in my past life l was a native american indian, l have loved, and believed in the native culture since l was 6 years old, the first medium worker told me l have many native spirits around me and I should go to America and do what l'm suppose to do, l know what he meant when he told me that, the second medium worker told me l was the wife of a native indian chief, do l believe in all this said to me yes l do as l have been told that l'm a medium, l'm actually a healer...my love and believe for the native people, their spiritual beliefs, the respect for Mother earth touches me in a way that many won't understand, unless they are a native ..my mother always told me you came into this world for a special reason...l had a native friend in America sadly he passed away, but he alway said l believe you where one of us in your past life he couldn't believe how much l knew, funny thing is that l'm Maltese and when my friend passed my heart was broken he left me on my birthday, so every birthday l have, he is with me always in spirit, l get signs when he is around me and it's the best feeling ever.

I feel like I am noticing that most Indigenous peoples wear their spirits outside of their bodies proudly for all to see and feel. Why do we as Westerners mostly feel the need to hide our spirits inside of us? We talk about wearing our hearts on our sleeves as being a negative or vulnerable thing to do and be, but surely this stops us from knowing each other properly and seeing what is in each other's hearts? Showing our true colours to each other should make us strong, not weak right?
