@kirstieskarz Definitely!!! I never had that. I am self-taught. I don't want that for them. Good memories like being in the garage working on anything with mom can get you through some tough times. They are constantly talking about helping me ( grandpa) work on my engine for the swap. And I dug out my nitro RC cars I had put away for 20 years. Lol. To see that boys face after I started the gas buggy up and handed him the remote and said " BEAT ON IT!!!". WOW. I posted the video. He had alot of fun. It's worth every minute. What they don't know is it means just as much to us as it does to them.
Thank you for your support BESTIE!!! I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW EXCITED MYA IS TO SEE YOU GUYS AGAIN!!!! We simply MUST get out there this summer. It is a MUST!!! ❤️❤️
Love this, and you are so right that the kids are the future of Hot Rodding! Reminds me of when my lil girl was 7 started to get involved in the garage with me and that's what fueled the spark for her love of the Kar Kulture, she is now almost 23, and is heavily involved in it today and works and cruises her '65 Bird and helps her ole dad with my toys........ ❤
I never had much luck with the glue method on older cars because the metal was a lot stronger and thicker back when they made cars to last, maybe try and find a stud puller at Harbor Freight they carry them very affordable.
I laughed pretty hard watching you guys with the bent puller. Don't be afraid of it, I promise it won't break the skin. Kind of like a jack in the box when we were kids, the anticipation is worse than the pop.
Since know u read comments.. btw thanx for that.. 2 hacks for you.. 1 I hate oil dry so messy. So I use old newspapers they soak up oil just pickup n trash… 2. I agree! It's the best for me too because she can run to the toolbox real fast 😂😊🏃♀️ kids are great, they just genuinely want to help! But I'm hoping for BOTH! I'm not looking to beat records. But to do a race week or the power tours or something in that nature like drag and drive but have my kids as my little crew. Would be awesome family time and memories! Also love just being able to cruise and hit local shows! 🥹😍
@@kirstieskarz awesome, just a FYI upon hard launches or when below 1/2 a tank and you launch the gas can slosh out of the baffle. This causes the car to lean out so you want to build in a safety with the Holley.
9:40 I love Kirstie has crouching knee because she's opened this red bag has ripped and she's looked this engine tank at garage so perfect like my beautiful school Carew Academy has crouching knee to talks other so gorgeous. You're so beautiful and enjoy work. Peace out! ✌❤
Info: the silver coating on the tank is really thin. exercise real caution when handling it. Do not use any kind of silicone on the gaskets for the sender and efi pump hanger. Gasoline eats silicone. I have a 2oz. container of Permatex Indian Head sealant that I use. A real parts store should be able to get some. Use it sparingly. it's real sticky. When you get ready to install the vent hose, if at all possible, get the vent above the height of the fuel filler cap. Somewhere in the rear axle area out of harm's way could be an option.
I'm jealous that your daughter likes being in the garage. My daughter i have to drag into the garage to work on her car but it could be the teenage years 😢
You are beautiful mother
You are great mother
Thank you, Always striving to be better 💯
I love this your beautiful daughter and work together Kirstie! ❤
Your daughter loves you and wants to please you that’s what makes you special btw you have the prettiest hands eyes smile etc etc etc
Cool deal!!! I have fun when my grandsons help me with my project as well!!. This is something she will always remember.

Another super cute happy vibe video. Btw Stick the dent puller piece to the centre of dent then add the frame. Then tighten till it pops the glue.
Thank you for explaining, I had no idea what the heck I was doing 😂😂 but she wanted to go it so I wanted to make it happen lol
You two need your own podcast asap! 💪💪👑👑

Poor this car Kirstie! 😱
I see u have the good ten bolt rear with the square housing at the bottom. 8.6” axles i believe … i have the exact same in my 74 nova 👍🏻💪🏻
Hiiii Mya😊

Will the Nova be a street car or a drag racer?

I run the same fuel tank in my 74 nova just take your time cutting the fuel pump hanger and fuel level sensor
Good advice thank you!
I’ve seen those dent pullers around for years and I always wondered if they worked
I'd say they work ... thinner the metal the better

That must be for certain tanks. Some are powdered coated and do not have this issue.
It is powder coated !

I bet it's most definitely the "teenage years" lol those are the worst 😅
@@kirstieskarz I love you ❤
Use rubbing alcohol to release the glue on your puller, just pour some directly on it…… and by the way you need to read the recent email I sent😁
🥹 I SO APPRECIATE YOU MAN
What happened to the mom bods and hotrods? I want to see it
Alcohol will release the glue from your poll tabs
